Hunter Jeep

After moving to the Hunter, I booked with Jason to have some potential issues with my Wrangler Rubicon checked.

From the ladies that handled my booking right through to pickup everyone was polite, friendly and professional.

Jason took ownership of the matter, making time to investigate my concerns. Searching internally through the Jeep data bases, and even getting keys and comparing my car to stock they had on the yard.

The outcome was me being educated on the configuration of my car and what is normal and what is not. I have never received a blunt "nothing's wrong" or "well replace it when it busts" answer.

David in sales was also great to deal with as I waited for my car. Honest and direct, it's refreshing to talk with sales staff that are transparent and dont give a "sneaky slippery" feeling.

They were also able to organise the work to be done as I waited, or supply a loan car. A plus being a shift worker, living over an hour away.

Give the team here a chance for your servicing or next purchase. I treated them with respect and transparency and was treated the same.

Jason the the team in the servicing department have been of immense help over the last few months. I couldn’t get much support from Jeep Australia but Jason kept me informed of what was happening and the mechanics have done great work over the occasions I have serviced my vehicle there. Highly recommend them. I was told to go to them rather than other Jeep servicing centres and I’m glad I did.

Massive shout out to Scott Riches ( Mitsubishi Manager that temporarily managed Jeeps service department in Cessnock ) absolutely blessed for his short stint filling in during a staff change. Thank you for sticking to your word and for genuinely caring enough to acknowledge and action the needed correction on my repairs.
