Cessnock Toyota

Just looked at the diary to work out my timeline for a new car. The service I have received over many years at Cessnock Toyota is always outstanding from the General Manager to "front of House" Vernon. Vernon is like an old friend now as I wait while my two cars are being serviced. Nothing is too much trouble. The only problem I have is that I recommended a friend to Cessnock Toyota and he bought the car I wanted! So now it's time to do my homework again .... but for me ... there is only one dealtership I would trust in the Hunter Valley. Thanks team at Cessnock Toyota.

I called looking for a new Prado. Matt was fantastic and honest about availability.
He also advised on alternatives.
I really appreciated the advice and explanation as to why they are in short supply. I could not get this advice from my South Coast dealer.
I'm not desperate so I will wait until there are more available and hopefully get to buy from Matt.

Was driving from Sydney and lost power from the turbo in my Hilux. The NRMA did a reset to get to tubo working again. I called into Toyoto whose service department was about the only mechanic open on a Saturday in town. They were very helpful and fittind me in to check the car out at 10.00am and gave a check up and advise about the car which was able to continue until we arrived home and advised that we will need a new turbo. They were helpful, friendly, understanding and did not charge us for their time and advise. I could not recomend the Service Team at Toyota Cessnock high enough, if I could give them six stars I would.

Truly could not have got two better salesman. Mark Russell and Gary Woodward, truly went above and beyond for my husband and myself. I have never been more happy then with these two men at Cessnock. As soon as I arrived they greeted me and asked what I was looking for.. As soon as I said my name they remembered me from the chat on the phone the day before.. They helped me in every way possible. Will always go here before anywhere else as long as they are both there. Awesome work.. thank you both.

I am so happy with the service I received from Jim at Cessnock Toyota Used Cars when recently purchasing my (new to me) Kia Carnival. I'm not a local and Jim made it easy for me to purchase an awesome second hand car and trade in my old one, even though I live two hours from the dealership. Friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I recently bought a car from Cessnock Toyota used cars, I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim. Jim was knowledgeable in his cars, showed us a car that was just perfect for our needs. I couldn't believe that Jim actually listened to what we wanted and when we seen this 4x4 wheel drive he explained all the features. The after service was amazing, problem fixed, no issue. Jim actually followed up with a phone call to see if everything was to our liking. Would definitely do bussiness with Jim again.
