Hunter Valley Motel

I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was top-notch, the rooms were impeccably clean, and any assistance I needed was quickly provided. The best part? All of this came at a very affordable price. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip and highly recommend it to others.

Friendly staff & team, very helpful. Multiple rooms booked and everyone enjoyed the amenities provided in the rooms. After a long drive we really needed to relax and we were able to do just that. Rooms were clean and came with tea/coffee/biscuits. Bar fridge, Microwave and cutlery/plates/mugs. BBQ free to use.
There is a very clean well looked after pool on site.
Cleaner's came around daily to see if we needed anything and the managers on sute checked if we were enjoying our stay and if we needed any recommendations for things to do in the area or places to eat out at. Definitely will be booking our family trip later this year here again.

Good location for Hunter Valley visit, close to everything, I guess rooms need to replace carpets because its mould inside. They should have provide common kitchen area for dishes and plates washing. Value for money because its cheap in the area and have everything other than issues mentioned above.

Friendly service by all staff. Willing to help with any requests. Asked for some flowers and chocolates to be placed in room at my cost for my partners birthday before arrival and they set it all up beautifully.
Rooms cleaned with something that is not over powerful in smell just refreshing.
New management on site are a lovely couple, who made my stay enjoyable and I will definitely be returning

Good budget motel to stay for 1 or 2 days in Hunter Valley visit. The main attraction is cheap price and tidy stay near the hunter garden and zoo. Though the room was old, it is maintained well. It's quite neat and clean, with all needs met.

I have stayed here many times. I plan to stay more times in the near future. Staff are always friendly. Rooms are always clean

This is our 2nd stay and absolutely love coming back here. Very neat and clean. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Rooms smell nice & has all the basic facilities needed like microwave, refrigerator. During winter months you’ll get electric blanket. The pool was super clean when we came in summer. The barbeque is good and stays up till 9. If you’re looking for nice, budget friendly motel, absolutely come here. Highly recommended 💯

Stayed here 4 years ago, owners were extremely nice and allowed us to check out past our allocated check out time due to us requiring to head out for the day. Nice motel. One of the highlights of the trip.

I stayed here with my family last week and it was super comfortable.
The motel has a great location (maccas, 7-11 etc in walking distance), ample parking, a swimming pool, nice and quiet.. the place is managed by a couple who are very friendly and made the stay very pleasant. They also helped us with information on local attractions, wineries, food joints etc.. All in all a great stay and will come back here again.

Enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly and helpful, room very clean and comfortable, hubby is disable and was able to get into and move about the room very easily. For the price it was excellent accommodation, close to town. I would stay there again and recommend it to every one.

I rated this place 5 star coz as you all know motel will be a motel don’t expect it to be resort however this place is much better than a normal motel , no it’s not very big but fits 4 people comfortably. It was neat and tidy NO there’s no COCKROACHES as mentioned in other reviews. Yes it is right where the Rd is but it’s not buzzing in your ear we had a good nights sleep. Special tnx to Noel and Nelly. Makes a big difference with people that know customer service like the two lovely people mentioned above.They were both welcoming kind and helpful. Will be coming back and recommend this motel for a short stay. Happy new Year 🥳

Stayed with my partner and 2 kids for 2 nights. room was excellent, very neat and tidy, enough car parks for all, loved the shower hahaha nice and hot. Definitely recommend to others
