Repco Auto Parts Cessnock

Was supposed to write this a week ago but completely forgot. Was stuck on the side of the road and called Repco chasing a part, was told they had 3 in the back but don't know where. Initially I was told I could pick it up the following day though after explaining my situation I was put on hold and 5 minutes later and after 3 employees searched they had the part I needed in hand and the wife headed straight down. Was an exceptional effort by the team and very much appreciated.

Great service and quick to help. Can't fault. When I was shown the area of what I was after 1 product line was empty, without asking the offer was made to check out the back and product was right straight out. The website is quick and easy to use and shows available stock levels after setting local store.

I am new to the area and have shopped in-store at Repco Cessnock and (more recently) at Repco online during lockdown (at the time of writing).

I was after polish & microfibre cloths on a Sunday morning (during lockdown) and chose to look at Repco online based on my good experience at the Cessnock store.

Finding what I wanted, I decided to become a Repco Ignition member and placed my order that morning.

The next day, just 26 hours later, my order was delivered.

While I don't expect this every time I shop, the experience with Repco Cessnock has been so good, there is no need to look any further.
