The receptionist are fantastic always joking with them very caring, I have been going to the clinic for years never had a problem the doctor I see he treats you as a friend and his funny lol

Amazing and caring, had an emergency,with my 9 year old girl
Needed urgent pectription
3 other gp's gave excuse that they dont take new people and basicly refused to see us
But this place saw the importance and saw us

Thank you so much!!! We are so grateful you took the time and saved us driving back to Melbourne for a simple prescription.

I went to Nixon street medical centre when I couldn’t get an appointment with my regular GP. I saw an excellent doctor who was extremely helpful, patient, and explained things to me well. It was also extremely helpful that they are open later than most other clinics.

Being seeing Doctor Banks since we moved to Shepparton coming up 4 years and he is fantastic. Also he has a great rapport with my now 5yr old and always patient with him and my questions.
Highly recommended Dr Banks.

I'm giving 5,stars for the Dr I see at the clinic. But only 1for the staff. With all the negative reviews don't you think something should be done. They seem bored and therefore are rude and non caring. Shame.

Been going here for a long while never had a problem at all ... those who have problems calling up for an appointment download health engine to you phone and you can make an online appointment yourself aftet you sign up it's easy step by step booking

there is only one blond women reception is so aggressive otherwise rest are ok.

Some of the doctors are very good, especially with children 😊 how ever the phone system needs updating and more lines added and also, some of the receptionists need to learn better phone manner. I would rather sit here for hours then sit and wait at GV Health 😠
