I made an order through DoorDash at 6pm. The order was accepted and it was approximately an hour or so until the expected delivery time. The delivery window came and went. I went online to check, the order was still saying "being prepared". Another 10 mins go by and I see a notification - the order has been cancelled.

Surely, they would have known long before then, that they could not fulfill the order. I am not mad about the cancellation, i was mad that it took them so long to cancel it. Any other time i have had an order cancelled, it was done within 10-15 mins of the order being made.

It was now after 7.30 and i had 6 hungry people to feed. We had to order elsewhere and wait another hour for food. I will not be attempting to order from here again. They clearly don't give a stuff about customers.

The guy on the counter is extremely rude, gave me a frozen samosa with a doughy pastry, not cooked properly, and then told me to get lost when i just went back to ask him to cook it again
