Went in right before closing as I had bought the wrong bulb for my car's headlight. The staff member who assisted me (long, light coloured hair) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was very happy to process my refund and answer my questions, as I genuinely had no idea what product I needed to buy.

Always have what I'm looking for. Prices are either great or reasonable. I joined as a member for regular discounts.

Friendly, professional staff who are willing to give advice or talk to other staff if they aren't sure. Small-ish store, but a good selection of what you need.

The best staff work on the weekends. You get the knowledgeable (but sometimes jaded and unhelpful) old-timers doing full-time hours during the week, but you get the very helpful and friendly casuals on the weekend.
If you know what you want and want great service, go on the weekend. If you are uncertain, need something special ordered in or really need knowledgeable help, go during the week.
Only downside for the weekend is you get a lot of people with nothing better to do hassling the staff, wasting their time and yours while you wait in line, don't be one of those people...

Pulled up in the rain. Staff asked politely for proof of vaccination. Needed new windscreen wipers. Found in a few minutes and fitted for me in a few more. Great staff, great service.

During the bad Delta Covid19 of 2021 Repco Waitara set up an excellent click & collect service to stop people from coming into close contact in their store. I have been a customer here since the 1980’s and have always found staff here to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Sure it’s a smaller style Repco but they have a great range of car accessories and spare parts. If they don’t have it in store they get it to you within a day.
Honestly I wish every retailer was like this.

Great place and have to be the most helpful staff. Managed to get a windscreen wiper fixed on the way out of sydney on a wet day. Thanks to the two guys there we were able to continue on for our week away. Bery very very helpful and understood what they were doing

Great selection of stuff. Easy parking outside. Pity they charged me double the special price on the windscreen wash additive. Advertised for $2.50 but they charged me $5.

Very helpful staff, they didn't have what I wanted in stock so they found an equivalent product and gave me a discount for my trouble, very impressive service.
