F45 Training Liverpool

Top notch F45 studio. Very spacious, quality equipment with bathroom and shower facilities. Trainers are very knowledgeable and attentive to the individual needs of each member. This studio also has a great vibe and is very welcoming. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Always a fantastic experience with Liverpool team. Whether it be on-line or in studio, Lucy and the team always ensure you feel welcome and included when you arrive (but also exhausted when you leave!).

Top bloke there. Speak to Brett and he’ll look after you and knows his stuff. I don’t personally train here are F45 is expensive but get scans done through him. Definitely recommend to kick start your healthy lifestyle journey and keep going if you can afford it 😊

I just love going to F45 LIVERPOOL when im down frome the Shunshine Coast the starff are so encouraging and i feel very welcome im a bit body shy its a very comforting environment and i cant whait till im there again in mid February you must give this a big go
