Had a birthday dinner for my youngest here. Busy Sunday night, but service was excellent and the food was outstanding. The butter chicken, as usual, was fabulous. Beef Masala was spicy. The Samosas were perfect. Chose a vegetable dish that turned out to be just too spicy for us, and they volunteered to replace it with any dish - just outstanding.

Some of the best Indian I’ve had and an amazing selection of vegetarian options. The kind of Indian where you can tell it’s all freshly made, using real spices (because you can see them) also it’s really lovely to see the whole family working there, making the garlic naan fresh from scratch - which is also really good!! Way better than a lot of Indian I’ve had, and not hideously expensive.

Amazing food! Great service! Best butter chicken in ages! Glad we found this little gem! Infact it's so good I'm writing the review before we've even finished our meal! Don't believe the few negative reviews, its most likely the competition trying to badmouth this place because they are jealous.

Great tasty curries, naan and tandoori. I've been here many times and I've never had an average dish. Not much seating so we've only gotten takeaways. I like that the curries come fairly spicy. Vegetarian options are also excellent. To the guy who thinks he got a laksa here pretty sure laksa isn't on the menu otherwise I would have tried it.

Love this place. We've been going here for 12 years. Has changed hands during that time, but the quality is always consisently extremely high. We always order Balti Chicken, Beef Vindaloo, Plain Naan. We find the staff to be really nice and professional. I'm really shocked at some of the reviews posted below. The Curry House (at Thornleigh) and Wahroonga are the only decent Indian Restaurants we can find on Sydney North Side.

Food was excellent! We had two of the vegetarian curries and a cheese/garlic naan (absolutely loaded with cheese which was amazing). Will absolutely be back. Staff were lovely.

Interior and all is a little dated, but don't let that put you off

Have eaten in & also sampled the takeaway on a number of occasions. Food is superb. Always a good turnaround time, food is hot. Butter Chicken is the star, tikkas & massala also good. Naans are excellent. Highly recommended.

The dining experience isn't amazing but the food was epic. The Papri Chaat was so tangy and delicious and our main hit the spot as well. Maybe wouldn't rush back to dine there but will be getting take away for sure!

Best Indian food i’ve ever had! It’s always so flavoursome and fresh. You can’t go past the butter chicken and the dal paired with some naan bread. I’d recommend this place to anyone :-)

Really delicious food every time we've ordered from Wahroonga Curry House. We had the Goan fish curry, butter chicken and malai kofta, all excellent!

This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Sydney. The food is authentic. Oh and the banquet is the stuff legends are made of. Highly recommended.

Had the Goan Fish Curry and Butter chicken, with Naan. Very tasty and big servings of meat, glad to have found this in the area.

Great curries and they even toned down some of the spices for those in our group with a gentler palate
