Lovely dinner out with work colleagues last night. Sat outside under the lights overlooking the harbour at the Mexican side, very pretty! We got lots of food to share and portions were large and food very tasty!
Lots of annoying questions from us and the host was very friendly and helpful.

If you want somewhere to eat during the week and need to be budget-savvy, check out The Landing (Signora). There is enough variety to choose from if you are not too fussy.
A must is one (or two) of their mocktails. They are a special treat for yourself.

The $10 lunch and dinner specials are amazing for the price . Haven't had a bad meal here and been several times in groups of 4- 8. Service always pretty good.

People need to understand in peak periods you may have to wait slightly longer but I can't fault them. I wouldn't order an expensive main of the regular menu as it is just a bar. If you want really amazing food head to a restaurant that doesn't have $10 specials.

Went midweek for $10 lunch specials. Food was delicious and a great size. We shared wings and the burger and we were extremely happy. Super welcoming staff and the lovely young man proactively asked if our dogs would like a drink and promptly brought over a dog bowl. Can’t recommend highly enough for a relaxed midweek bite.

Were stopping by for a beer, the view was just stunning which also helped create a great vibe for the place. Fast and friendly service.

The beer batter was sublime on the flathead fillets. The meal was paired with an Italian Pinot Gris and Sangevoise. The Hope Estate shiraz was also excellent. Even better, the drinks at Happy Hour for $5 and the meals were $15. Awesome value. Could eat here every night.

Great Friday night out! $12 cocktails that were amazing and $15 pizza that was also very yummy! We had a table of 10 and all got different meals and no one had a complaint! Food was excellent and wasnt too expensive either. Kid friendly and very nice staff. Couldn't fault the place at all. Will definitely be back :)

Busy place. Great atmosphere. Live music. Easy to order and pay online. Make sure you book a table if interested in a Friday or Saturday night. Burgers small, other meals look a reasonable size.

Probably the best meal that we had in Newcastle. Very friendly staff.

We'd booked the Italian place next door specifically mentioning that we wanted to sit outside with our two dogs but were told when we got there that we couldn't have them. This turned out to be a blessing because we ended up at the Landing Bar instead. Both the food and service were excellent, and they are dog friendly! They also had a live band, which was great to listen to while sitting outside on the wharf.

Had lunch today with my family and Molly the pup. Lovely meal and great service. Thanks to one of the staff that ran after me with my mobile phone which I left on the table. Much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this venue even though the weather was terrible.

We had quite an enjoyable meal here on Saturday evening. Early enough that it wasn't too busy. The food was good and the staff great. Prices aren't too bad, the beer selection was mainly from Young Henry's brewery in Newtown.

Loved this place !! The extremely friendly & happy staff, where nothing was too much trouble, who served a range of lovely cocktails & well poured beers, & the most divine well cooked canapès - I highly recommend the sqid, it's the best I've ever had, just melted in your mouth. We went there for the 1st time for a 21st birthday & it's definitely not going to be the last time going there.

Food here is great value for money. Me & my family went here for lunch & spent $10.00 a meal and was the best I’ve had for price and quality plus excellent service.Highly recommend this beautiful establishment.

I love waiting over 40minutes for my meal. If you like really angry cocktail makers pouring their hatred of the world into every drop of your French martini, then this is the place to go.
Other restaurants clear tables while you are seated or sometimes within minutes of you leaving. Thoughtless. The landing gives you the ambience of other people’s finished meals littered about the venue and I LOVE IT!
I hate having a wide selection of red wines. What is a Merlot or Cab Sav anyways? You don’t need to worry about such things at the landing.
