I had my hair consultation with Jana, and she was incredibly thorough and professional throughout the entire process. Jana instructed me on which hair products to use and where to buy them.
I'm quite fortunate to have met someone like Jana who is passionate about her work and her clients. I believe I have discovered someone who truly understands what I want and need, but most importantly, someone I can now entrust with my hair to help me achieve the hair goals we set out to achieve.
I would not hesitate to recommend Jana to anybody I know. She is professional, advises you on what you should do to achieve your hair goals, and is extremely understanding.

It is, with the utmost pleasure, and honesty, that I write this review. My family have had extremely pleasant and transparent experiences, at Jana’s House of Hair, and most importantly, the positive public hair compliments, that we receive. As a result, I have no hesitation, in recommending, Jana’s House of Hair, for hairdressing services. In particular, I wish to highlight hairdresser, Jana. From the moment I contacted her, familiarised myself with salon location, walked in for a consultation service, and to then return for my own hair service, I was overwhelmed, at the professional customer service. Jana is to be congratulated.
I wish to highlight Jana. She is highly professional, friendly, patient, and courteous. She shows genuine empathy, and interest, regarding her job. She possesses extensive hairdressing knowledge; well versed information provided. She is an expert in her field, and an asset, to the hairdressing industry. She goes above and beyond; assisting in whatever way possible. She reassures customers, with apprehensions. Great coffee and biscuits also, Jana! Most importantly, she is reliable, trustworthy, honest, and gracious. This is rare, in today’s society.
Jana is to be commended, for her professional communication skills. Information, regarding her hairdressing salon, processes she adheres too, services that she provides, products that she both uses and recommends, is provided, in a pleasant, genuine and reassuring manner. She provides honest opinions, consultation processes, and solutions to hair issues. She is true to her word; transparency in dealings. It is always a delight, to speak to her.
I also wish to highlight, the professional service, which Jana provides. Being an old fashioned person, I admire old school professionalism. Her knowledge, attention to detail, upfront advices, and confident services, are comforting. She provides thorough, step by step, explanations. She has nothing to hide. She is prompt, in replying to queries. She maintains contact regarding appointments and services; keeping one informed, at all times. She completes services, to a very high standard. Jana is also realistic with costs; others overcharging. Any payment that is due, upon service completion, is honest. Any additional external surcharge fees are always explained.
It is a great privilege, to recommend Jana, from Jana’s House of Hair, to any potential new customers, which are seeking, professional customer service, with regards to hair. So about time I write a review :) Gone are the days of having 2-3 hairdressers pulling at my long hair when straightening it at the same time. Jana personalises your time & hair experience. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! I recently decided to try Jana’s after I was not happy with my hair previously elsewhere. Not only did she help build my confidence with a new look i adore! My experience at the salon has been totally enjoyable to service the high skill level the wonderful environment, friendly staff what they have done for my hair and me it’s hard to review I have to say close to life changing

I decided to try Jana's services to get my hair cut and coloured as I needed it urgently. Not only did she do such a great job, but she also explained how to really care for my hair and shared some insight into the theory on how hair should be cared for in general. She has a lot of knowledge, reflected from her extensive experience in the industry and I love how she encourages her clients to reach out for any hair care tips even after their appointment. She really does care about her clientele and makes sure they are happy with her services, which is a reflection of why her business is going strong. Cannot wait for my next appointment and will be recommending her to others!
