I spoke on 18.10.21 to the Blanco representative about one of their kitchen taps, purchased in the first half of 2015, malfunctioning. Having provided - on the phone - proof of my purchase, the employee was most helpful and proceeded to arrange for a plumber to visit me and install a new tap, all under warranty (it had a 10 year warranty). The plumber came and completed the job in the morning of the following day! Very positively impressed.

I called customer service about a tap (with a 10 year warranty) that was leaking from the flexible pull out hose. The tap is 6 years old.
My problem was handled with quickly with zero fuss and I was asked about the condition of the cabinet (due to water damage) without any prompting.
Service like this will see me buying Blanco taps for the next renovation. Thank you.

This brand is the definition of nightmare. I had a blanco dishwasher which smoked the house out, a blanco garbage disposal of which the blades broke off into the pipes, a blanco oven which light stopped working within months and a blanco faucet with broken pressure. Avoid this brand with a ten foot pole if you can.

Bought the Blanco Carena-S mixer (tap and sink). Within a few days of installation by the plumber, the tap was leaking onto my brand new cabinetry (as part of my kitchen renovation).

The customer service from Blanco After Sales (Qld) was less than ideal. They made an assessment of the problem based on the photo I sent in and disregarded the advice provided by my plumber (that the washer had possibly failed) who I had called back to ensure it was not an installation issue.

Given it was not functional from the start, I asked for a replacement, rather than to have whatever part Banco deems to be faulty. It's a reasonable expectation that a brand new mixer should be fully functional from the start. If a brand new mixer needs to have a part fixed it is clearly not a good that is of acceptable quality.

Under Australian Consumer Law, a customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (and for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage). Here, the tap leaks water and hence does not competently function as a tap. Further, a customer is also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality (and the failure does not even appear to need to amount to a major failure).

The response from Blanco After Sales was dig their heels in on the repair, rather than a replacement. When I asked to speak to management I was told 'she was not available and would tell me the same thing.' When asked when she could call me back or which other body I could complain to, the representative just hung up on me. Incredible.

AVOID BLANCO PRODUCTS - POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE.

The kitchen mixer broke after 5 months from purchasing. The after sale service is the worst. they can’t resolve the problem ASAP or provide us with replacement because it’s under warranty. They’re under warranty policy they can fix it but can’t replace it .
It could take up to 10 days to be without a kitchen mixer and they can’t get anyone to fix it quicker.
With a big family at home. We can’t eat and drink out side for 10 days
The worst service and worst product .

Hi I recently purchased a Blanco double bowl undermount sink from winning appliances in Darby St Newcastle , while under installation my plumber noticed there was a pipe missing from the waste kit supplied, also part of the overflow system, this stopped the installation. We contacted Winning Appliances and after some discussion about how long we would have to wait for the replacement parts (2 weeks to start with) we were sent them 2 days later. My plumber returned, checked what was sent and the part was not in the kit again, my plumber then went to the Plumbing Coop in Newcastle and worked out with some other fittings to complete the job for us. This meant I paid for an extra service for the plumber and then the extra time it took to go and get the parts and return again plus the cost of the fittings, this put the installation out to over 5 days. This product was not cheap to start with but the extra amount basically doubled the cost of installation and a lot of wasted time for the plumber. Waiting your response

I bought a Blanco BOSE714PTX in 2019, in the 1rst year it stopped working, failed fuse. I called BLANCO and asked for a replacement of the oven as it's unacceptable for a brand new oven to stop working just a year in. Now a year later ths oven is not working again,
the oven has exactly the same issue. I have been calling the BLANCO number, and sent emails about this issue but for a whole week NO RESPONSE. That is so BAD customer service that I would say to anyone thinking to buy a BLANCO product to think again. No support when things go bad for the product you have bought! Really disappointing BLANCO Australia !!

5 onsite repairs for a Blanco dishwasher, Finally got a replacement which lasted 5 months. Called through to Warranty repairs, was told id receive an email with a job logged, 5 days later, still nothing. Avoid at all costs!

This company cannot be trusted with supply. Ordered a sink through Bunnings two months ago and got a response that the item is arriving in the country mid November. Called Bunnings to check status yesterday to be told it will take Blanco Australia ridiculous six months to bring the item. This is the case with all their suppliers because this corrupt enterprise is selling a non-existent product. And have no decency whatsoever to advise their resellers that they will not be able to fulfil their order.

I purchased a Blanco model OE604GG Electric oven, a BCGG6N Ceramic Cook top and a BRS60X Range hood back in June 2012. Within 12 months the service agent came to replace my oven door, then 1 month after the 2 yr warranty I had to replace the fan element at my cost and because the light in the range hood would not work either, I was told by the service technician that I had to replace the whole fan/light component which was almost the cost of a new range hood. I phoned the store that I purchased the product, they told me to call the service technician, and then I was told to call the manufacture as so much has failed in such a short time for such a good product. Unfortunately when I phoned Blanco I was disgusted that they would do nothing as I did not purchase the extended 5 year warranty. Due to the reviews I read for Blanco I thought purchasing the extended warranty would be unnecessary. I was wrong! The receptionist response to me was, and I quote “Well if you didn’t purchase the warranty there is nothing Blanco can do”.
After this experience I have learnt that without the further expense of purchasing an extended warranty, the Blanco Company will not/do not stand by their own products 2 years after purchase and I suggest anyone purchasing a product from the Blanco range to keep this in mind.

Appalling service. Visited showroom to view Blanco appliances prior to purchase. As we made our way into the showroom we were asked what we were doing....explaining we had come to view their range, a rude & unhelpful staff member advised that we would have to fill out a form with personal details before we could walk in to the showroom.

After questioning the reasons for this, I was advised that the form was "in case of a fire evaluation", the Shriro rep was unable to explain why full contact details, phone number, email and suburb would be required to simply walk into their showroom. We immediately left and will be staying clear of any brands that are handled by SHRIRO.

If this is the service provided by their sales team, I would anticipate after-sales support would be of a similar sub-standard nature.

I have an expensive Blanco tap. Needed to replace one part. Guess what? They do not carry spare parts for taps that are out of Warranty. The uk stores do. Its like saying your car is out of warranty and you can't obtain any spare parts for it-bad luck.

Would not recommend Blanco to anyone.
