Campbelltown store is very good place to go. I loved the customer service of the Asian lady there. Very happy with the cast iron pan that i bought. Looking forward to buy more cast pans of different sizes for everyday use and very good for health too. I hope they don’t increase the price so that i could buy more.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience with any store ever. Different location but same chain. Sold defective goods then refused legal responsibility to provide refund. Will take your money but not responsibility for your rights. Do not go here under any circumstances. Cheap prices are attractive but be warned you will not even get what you pay for. Staff were beyond unprofessional to deal with also.
