When you walk in to the main showroom, you can see and feel the quality of their pianos are quite different compare to many others. And they have a large collection of real German made pianos from basic upright to 9ft concert grand. The store manager Allan is a highly experienced and reputable piano specialist.
I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a good quality piano.

Allan is a very knowledgeable piano specialist. He helped me with choosing my second piano. And we had some nice chat about pianos and music . I have been playing piano for more than 10 yrs now and recently just upgraded my old upgrade piano to a brand new German made Irmler upright piano. I really like the sound and tone of the piano , and I enjoy practicing piano more now. If you are looking for a good piano, Allan is definitely worth to be trusted.

It was a very pleasant experience visiting Australian Piano Centre and chat with Allan. I am a piano player and recently thinking to upgrade my piano. By talking with Allan, I can tell he is very professional and knowledgeable and he has lots of passion about pianos. Allan spend over an hour time chatting with me about pianos and classic music as well, and he never pushed me to buy anything. He told me to take some time to have a good think about it as it is a big investment. Great service and very nice attitude , I really appreciate it.

Stefan is friendly and knowledgeable staff and he doesn’t push the customer to purchase the piano. He also works well with their piano removalist company. He solved the issues promptly, appropriately for us. I would definitely recommend Australian Piano Centre.

After some comparisons, I have purchased an Irmler Europe upright piano for my son as his first piano. My son's piano teacher has visited our house and tested the piano. She is very happy with the sound and keyboard of the piano. Special thanks to the manager Allan , very knowledgeable and nice person. I've bought a Baldwin BP5 from Aaron's Piano about 2months ago and am very happy with the sound and quality of my piano. The shop owner Allan and the sales lady are both very knowledgeable and professional. Not only they helped me with testing quite a few pianos also provided me with advices on looking after pianoa. Delivery and tuning service are prompt too. Overall a very positive experience and will recommend to friends and families.

Great selection of pianos, reliable staff

We recently came across the Irmler E190 grand through this dealer. I'm not a professional pianist, but wanted a piano that can perform well with diploma pieces. Personally this was the first that I heard the name 'Irmler' but I was really surprised by how beautiful the piano sounded. Irmler uprights are very good too. The sound of Irmler pianos are very sweet, bright, bell-like and reminds me of a concert Fazioli. Of course, keyboard response to rapid single notes / glissandos are inferior to a Fazioli as one would expect but even then, I was impressed! Everyone has a different preference in piano but this particular E190 sounded better than other pianos twice the price tag. I hope Irmler becomes more popular in Australia. Thanks Allan, the pianos at this store were very well maintained and tuned.

We bought a Baldwin BP5 upright piano 2years ago here for my daughter, we are very happy with the piano and my daughter has made some great progresses in the passed 2years . The piano teacher told us our Baldwin piano is a very nice and high standard piano with much richer and deeper sound compare to most Asian piano brands. We just want to say thank you here :)

Really love my Baldwin BP3 upright piano that I bought from here. Its got very nice & warm tone and rich sound, way better than most Asian brand pianos that I tried before.
