Big shout out to Aashish at Chatswood store. We had been making to and fro at the store regarding a chipped part of our desk we purchased to no luck in fixing the problem. However, You listened actively and resolved the issue straight away. Exceptional Customer Service mate. Thank you. 😊

Had a wonderful experience at Officeworks Chatswood today. After struggling to find the poster board section, a young staff member named Naureen kindly pointed and walked me in the right direction, offering suggestions and polite conversation along the way. Without her I would not have walked out satisfied! A shame the poster board range is limited but good customer service goes a long way, thank you Naureen!

I got some printing done yesterday and it seems there’s barely any print team rostered as the only girl, Anna was busily serving each customer. I waited 10 or so minutes in line for a decent amount of a4 and a5 prints. Anna was very professional and efficient and seemed calm and collected even though it was very busy. She kept getting asked questions by the team member on the register and and she was very nicely helping him out, whilst completing my jobs. Never made any faces of exhaustion and kept going. Such a delightful young lady! It’s a shame there’s barely any team to help her out when she has so much to do.

The prints came out so clean and she made sure I had everything. Even gave me some sleeves so they don’t get damaged!! It is a bit expensive, but for the service I received, I would have paid more.

Just had a wonderful experience with fabulous staff member Rafique ( hope it’s spelled correctly ). He was really helpful, patient and friendly. He provided a great service, even though they were very busy.

Don't have a problem with this store. Bought a monitor last week and an asian guy with a huge hair fringe and korean name helped me out. Seems very knowledgeable and helpful. Don't see why people give this place bad reviews. They are doing the best they can.

Since the new manager I have noticed this store has got even better and they actually are helpful. The only down side is it is not the most convenient location however it is a big store and if I drive there is somewhere to park and it is very easy to carry a TV or other bulky item in to the car. Great selection, the best the only issue would be at times it can be under staffed however it is hard specially when you deal with difficult customers. I would recommend not relying on the kiosk machines, rather sending your photos in for pick up if you do that. Aside from that, the staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and I had a conversation with the relatively new store manager and she was beyond helpful - they listened and rectified an issue they did not need to. Thank you I will be back I just try to avoid the really busy times. 5/5 the best store though sometimes there is just not enough staff to look out for everyone. I would highly recommend going here however as there are a couple of staff members in particular who honestly are so helpful I am amazed. I guess speaking to people with respect does pay off, sometimes. 5/5 - can not fault the store at all. Things will only get better now the new manager is there as she is respectful kind and understanding. Thanks again!

Despite the horrible reviews regarding the printing, I was hesitant coming here. However it ended up being a smooth process! Staff were great, attentive and helpful :)

One of the smaller branches but printing service was very fast for jobs submitted online- well within 24hrs even during the holiday period. The in-store printing team, couldn’t be more helpful. A special shout out for Anne who went the extra mile to help me finish my printing. Even staying on after her shift finished. Thanks Anne😀

Online printing is a debacle with no field for comments/ instructions for online orders and no-one at the store answer the phone BUT a huge callout to POOJA and ANNA at Chatswood who have been amazing with sorting out printing issues to get the exact size print the file was developed in. They have been calm when the store is super busy and people lined up for printing, they have bot been helpful and gone over and above to ensure I was able to get what I needed. POOJA in particular remembered my order and made changes in advance to save printing wastage. Well done to both of you for shining in a less than perfect system.

Small and cozy Officeworks, not busy at all when I came in. Got my portfolio printed on the spot in 10min, friendly staff too.

Anna is a STAR! Thank you for all your help with an urgent print for a conference. I was leaving for the conference in one hour and she made it happen despite some technical difficulties out of their control. Will return

Good locations and lots of parking, However doesn't have as much stock as other officeworks and is extreme busy it is very hard to get the staffs help as they are running around like a headless chooks trying to help everyone. The printing service is especially busy and there is a very long wait. I brought a folder and realises it was the wrong one so I got a refund with no trobles as returns are easy as long as you have a receipt. I also brought a laptop here and with two weeks it was shuting down though I couldn't get a refund as with Laptops, Phones and Tablets the warranty is a repair warranty they completely fix the laptop with in 2 weeks thankfully.

Amazing helpful staff. I arrived 8 mins to closing time and needed some stuff photocopied and printed. Una and team did it all for me with kindness. Thank you so much!

Anna is so kind and professional! She helped us with a print job for a funeral the following day and we so grateful! We highly commend her!

Contrary to other reviews, I’m always very happy with the quality and service of work at the printing desk. Apparently there are issues with online - so come in person, I’ve only ever been happy with their work!
