Lone Star Rib House Kotara

I took the misses out for dinner, the person waiting on the table was really friendly and informed us what was not available due to stock depletion, we ordered a garlic bread.
Not even 5 minutes later, the garlic bread come out and we ordered 2 chicken schnitzels, 1 being the magic mushrooms schnitzel without salad.
We received our meals before we even finished eating the garlic bread, they were perfectly cooked and everything was 100% correct, even though we asked for quite a few changes to the meals when ordering

Went to Lone Star Kotara for my birthday and had the signature sticky sweet smoky pork ribs. Some of the best ribs I've ever had and the portion was decent for the price. The chips were really good too and a nice serving of coleslaw (not too overwhelming with the dressing). Absolutely loved this meal.
It wasn't very busy on Monday evening so our food/drinks were served in very good time and the staff were lovely. I'd definitely go back!

My partner and I had a fantastic experience today! Food was incredible, came out fast and with fantastic service. Our server was a lovely new hire, only her 5th shift and she gave us some of the best service I’ve had anywhere!

This place is my go to for dinners the servers are lovely the cooks are amazing the food is above standard and its just a great atmosphere if you get a bottomless cup they will come check on you every 10 minutes to see if you want a refill. The parmigiana was the best thing I've ever eaten was perfect and sweet and tender but crunchy at the same time, if you want to spend a date night here or take the kids out for a meal that isn't maccas I highly recommend lone star its worth the money!

Had dinner last night (for my nieces birthday) with six family members. Nieces partner called to make a booking and checked we could bring our own cake, reservation made and we could bring our own cake. Arrived and were shown to our table immediately. During our 3+ hours the service was great, food was lovely. The restaurant was busier than we thought it would be on a Sunday night but there was always staff available to meet our requirements. On paying we asked if we could split the bill between cash and credit card payment and again this was no problem. I would definitely be happy to recommend to anyone and happy to return for another meal myself.

My main man Jack Sparrow gave outstanding service, making the whole experience at Lone Star incredibly special and unique- 100% will be back, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a Texan BBQ, which exceptional service!

Went there today with my wife and 2 boys and we loved it. Staff where really friendly and service was great. My boys already want to go back. Staff are genuine people with good people skills able to have a chat and laugh without going overboard. Seem to like where they worked which is awesome. Cheers guys I appreciate it.

Omg this place is awesome. We keep coming back. The service is friendly and the staff are always smiling. The menu is scrumptious and well priced. Absolutely fabulous night and great value. I received a text for two for one and my husband and I ordered the 1kg of pork ribs plus a drink for $29:95. The ribs had so much meat on them and were so tender. We went to Outback Jacks at Glendale the week before and order ribs and they were tough and horrible and we paid a fortune. From now on we are sticking with the Lone Star.

Fantastic service from the initial phone call to the moment we walked out. Food was sensational, staff were efficient and very accommodating. Definitely will be returning.

I was worried about going to Lone Stsr Steakhouse, Kotara because of the bad reviews I read online, so I contacted them and voiced my concerns. They assured me that changes had been made, with new serving staff out front and improvements in the kitchen.

I am happy I did. Right now I am sitting in the restaurant, well content. The staff were cheerful and attentive, and the food was fantastic. I had a rack of lamb ribs and am absolutely stuffed. I wish I could fit more in. The service was fast and there was no sign of the delays other reviews had reported in the past.

They even catered for my particular dietary requirements (some intolerances), which can make things difficult for many places. They made helpful suggestions too and made sure I was happy with the food.

The new manager, Fredric, has really turned this place around. If you have been turned off this place because of the bad reviews, I encourage you to give it a shot. And if you had a bad experience before, consuder giving them another try.

I am not related to the business in anyway and don't know any of the staff outside of my experience tonight.

We had lunch here and ordered beef salad and bbq pork ribs. The ribs were cooked to perfection, tasted delicious and melted in your mouth. Great friendly service! We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Very family friendly, great meals had by all with a few rounds of drinks while we all chatted. Staff very happy to serve us and at no time made us feel rushed as has happened at other steak houses. I would encourage you to give them a try. LoneStar Westfield Kotara AAA+++

Definately exceeded expectations. Best ribs i have EVER tasted and definately made my partners first experience great, will be hard to beat! Abbey our waitress was fantastic, very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back 🍽🐂🐄
