I’m new to the clinic but have gotten my brows done twice and went in for laser also. Such affordable laser treatments compared to other places nearby. Love how they do my eyebrows with precision and map out before starting. Such a luxurious feel to the clinic also, I love coming here. Thank you ladies!

Love the lash lift, great experience overall

Overall good experience. Did hydrafacial was a great experience. Very soothing. But lash lift wasn’t worth it. If you feel the lashes are thin then please suggest your clients for going with extensions mainly if its their important event.

Will be coming back for hydra facial tho.

Did my laser here last weekend, but unfortunately my skin is now burnt, not sure why that happened. If you have darker skin colour, do not recommend going here.

Lash lift was $100 and lasted not even 1 week. I have never had that happen to me with a lift elsewhere. Even went back to get it “corrected” and yet my lashes still went flat within 3 days. I have had a few lash lifts elsewhere in the past, so I made sure I followed all the aftercare prescribed to me. I assume their products and/or application does not work well, especially not if you have thick eyelashes. If this is the reason it didn’t work, then as professionals, you should not charge people money when you know your product is not suitable. I won’t be coming back here.

I have dark brown skin. I booked a laser appointment for my face online - the website has no mention of different treatments for different coloured skin.

When I arrived for my appointment I was told there is a different machine for darker skins and they weren't able to service me. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and claimed that it was on their booking form (there is no mention) and put the onus on me as the customer to enquire prior to the appointment. If this information is not transparent and available anywhere on the website or the booking form, I'm going to assume you service everyone. Update your website and booking process so people don't waste their time, I travelled an hour for this appointment.

Much like everyone else, no many people have their real name on their google account when they leave reviews for privacy reasons. I’m still suffering from the eye lash loss from your treatment. It has been my biggest regret. Im currently buying eyelash serums to try and treat my eyelashes.
