Older lady that works early in the morning is the friendliest maccas staff I have ever spoken, and this is not the first time she’s served me. Little kindness goes a long way

the lady that works overnight i didn’t get her name but she wears a blue shirt she is amazing i love coming in the morning when she’s working amazing service and so friendly

Fast and efficient service for take away orders, well furnished and there are bike racks available for parking bicycles. Overall a great place for a quick rest stop!

My order did not arrive from Uber Eats I ran outside he was right outside my house and then just drove off!! rang McDonald and Jennifer was very helpful, friendly and offered great advise. Thank you Jennifer! If you use Uber Eats and the driver is SANKET beware…. We waited almost an hour for this driver to make no attempt to bring our food to the door….not good enough..

Wow, what a change from this mcdonald's was slow service,missed orders, and generally unsatisfactory.

BUT NOW IT'S GREAT!!!!

Service isn't great, but at least my orders have been right, and coffee is good most of the time.
Kids play area is completely closed in so no outside dust ect.

Decent coffee. Honestly was pleasantly surprised by the creaminess. Got an almond milk mocha.

There is an older lady who works in drive thru. She is amazing! So friendly, lovely and efficient. I hope you lot appreciate her

I went to this McDonald’s drive through with some friends late last night with the expectation just to grab some food and go, but instead, we got greeted with the best customer service we have ever had!

The girls there, Clara and Maddi were exceptional and made sure we had the most friendly and fast service, and made sure we had been having a great night. They were super smiley and enthusiastic (bear In mind it was 1am), but they still managed to make me and my friends smile and laugh as big as ever.

These girls are a big asset to Hoxton Park McDonald’s and they made the experience the best one I have ever had at any McDonald’s worldwide ! They deserve all the credit!

Lady doing the drive through tonight with pink hair was amazing! She give the best customer service and was super efficient getting through the long line!

The staff here are great and always friendly. We hardly ever have to wait for orders but when we do they apologise and thank us for our patience. I'd advise other McDonalds lacking in their customer service to get some training off of whomever is training the staff here. Keep up the great service!

Excellent service and food was fresh and hot! Landon was especially great, very can do attitude and on top of things when my young nephew was upset he got a toy he had already received previously and replaced it with something he didn’t have yet.

food was quick and hot. Best quality service from crew member Addy Datt. He deserves a promotion and is really cool and friendly and is the best ( im not addy datt ). He also smells really good and made me very happy.

Your basic maccas... Fast, friendly and reasonably priced and good when you can't be arsed to cook. Nothing to write home about but great to have close by.

This is the only Mcdonald's I go to. Best coffee, even cute messages on the coffee lid like "Have a great day!" - just what you need to brighten your day up. Excellent service, always gets the order right.

I came in on Thursday and this respectful gentleman helped me by cleaning the table and also handed me my order as soon as it was ready. Amazing service Will !

Great customer service! Also, I forgot to ask for fresh fries however I didn’t need to ask, the girl working made sure to mention that the fries were fresh. Everything was hot and fresh.
