I bought a lamp from Simplecom but it became faulty really soon. So I contacted Simplecom, after I mailed the faulty item, they gave me a replacement.

The process was easy and no hassles. I really like the customer service quality.

Drivers required not listed for download on their website...

Never want to deal with this company again.

EDIT : Finally they choose to respond after 2 weeks.
Only until I gave them a bad review did they private message me a copy of their driver (that they uploaded to a 3rd party website privately)
And low and behold their driver is absolute garbage. In fact the only way to get it to work in the end was to completely uninstall their drivers.

Very poor experience. Purchased a faulty dock. All efforts for refund from supplier have failed. Avoid this company.
