Novo Shoes Miranda

I recently bought a pair of shoes from Novo Miranda, I was always a customer there. Recently, I think a young girl who ties one braid has joined the assisting team. It felt must writing that she’s very helpful, efficient and bought every pair that could suit me. I hope she keeps up the store as she does

I’d like to commend Elyssa on her great customer service.

Although she was the only staff member on with about four customers in store, she made sure she tended to all of us, with a number of different styles and sizes.
Nothing was an effort, so energetic, friendly with a great attitude!

Elisa was so kind and really help me out. Spoke to her a few days ago asking to put aside a shoe for me but I know they only do 24hrs. I called in on Friday and I was coming in on Sunday. Luckily she set them aside and when I called back on Sunday. Very accomodating and made me so happy. Thank you

A good selection of shoes. The assistant was very helpful. Its nice and close to the escalators to the roof parking. Can recommend.

Well worth a visit but go on a weekday not as many people lots of steps to negotiate not good if you have a physical disability, great location beautiful views. Enjoy.

I love the selection of shoes they have but the person who I assume is the manager is a horrible person to her girls. I was walking past on Saturday when I heard screaming from that store. I’m hoping the girl she was yelling at reported her

Been in a few times and purchased once. Staff are quite unhelpful

Very disappointed in the customer service. Very rude and dismissive.

Staff member was not wearing her mask correctly, it was not on her face it was around her neck.
When we asked if she should be wearing one her response was “it’s a bit hard when I work 9-6 every day.
Super inconsiderate to others around her and putting everyone at risk.
How can you expect customers to adhere to government rules and wear a mask in order to enter the store when the staff don’t?

As we turned to walk out after purchasing our items they laughed at us, Again displaying immaturity and complete disregard for their customers.

Will not be shopping in the Miranda store in future.

If I could give zero star to them! I would! I asked a question regarding the shoes to one of the team member and she laughed at me, no question is a stupid question and I believe the team should help rather than laugh with their colleague! I recall her name being Tayla.

I was given a shoe from display which was in a pretty poor condition, as I have wide fit and didn’t have many options, I did end up buying it in full price.

When I asked if I can return a display shoe, she did say yes to store credit and exchange. However, she didn’t wanna mention anywhere in the receipt that it was a display shoe.
