Have been looking for soccer shoes everywhere and then I came to Rebel Miranda. Huge rage found what I needed very quickly . Staff were amazing especially Emma.D who offered to go get a basket for me, was very patient and helpful. You can tell she loves her job and is grateful to be there. She is also very kind and sweet . Would definitely go back just because of her and the staff.

Current review: went back to rebel a few weeks ago and had an absolutely great experience since again with the staff. In years past the staff have been questionable q times with the odd good experience. Twice now in the last month service has been exceptional. Good work Rebel Miranda.

Reviewed previously:Went on the weekend and it was absolutely packed. The service however was faultless. We were served by a guy (I think Micky) who had thick rim glasses and super short/shaved head. I have never spoken with such a knowledgeable and keen rebel staff member. He bent over backwards to try to help and gave us great advice about the shoe fit. It was clear he knew what he was talking about. The queue for the checkout was long, but the tills were fully staffed so it moved quite quickly. Impressed customer.

I Had to change a pair of football boots I bought. Literally can’t praise the two boys working in the football section enough. They went above and beyond to help me all while dealing with other customers. It was very busy at the time also. Didn’t catch there names, fair play to them…. 6 ⭐ service

Time I was in the store 19:40-20:00

The store has had a makeover since my last visit and it's looking great. There is a mini basketball court and a mini football field in store too. The best thing about my most recent visit was the amazing staff, polite, helpful and efficient, one of the best customer services experiences 👍🏻

I was absolutely impressed today with Ivana. Thank you so much for your help today. Ivana really went out of her way today to help me get the clothes I needed. Walked out so happy. 😃👏🙏

Today (23/11/23) at 11:55 am, I went into Rebel Miranda looking for a Wahoo, Beach Rugby Ball, I was immediately served by one young man and he put me on to Eden.
Eden went out of his way to find the Wahoo ball that I was looking for, but they only had a small one in stock. Eden suggested the Verao ball which I purchased. I was very impressed by the outstanding service that I received. Well done guys 👍

We recently visited rebel at miranda to purchase some sneakers. After walking out of another well known shoe shop in Miramda as there staff were no help. The young boy Anthony in the shoe department was so helpful. He was so helpful in fitting the rhe right shoes and was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. Rebel uou should be very proud to have Anthony as a employee.

I went there to get running shoes for my kids and I. Bailey was very helpful with picking the right shoes for us and patient with my children. All the staff were nice and smiley. Will be back!

I had called up about a faulty product that I had recently purchased and was asked to bring it in store. On arrival.in store I was served by Sarah, who was so helpful and agreeded the item was faulty. She couldn't find the same product in store but rung another store and had the item posted out to me at no cost. Fantastic customer service with a great friendly attitude. Thank you for such a great experience.

I also had to get a pair of boots for football last night. Two guys took their time with despite all the mums and kids running around. had great knowledge of boots for what I needed and one guy moved heaven and earth to get me a pair of boots that I needed put on hold and even searched local shops for me online.

Had my best experience ever at a rebel store. The amazingly attentive staff members; Natasha, Owen and Jack helped out and knew all the answers to ever question I had. I will be coming back here for sure.
