Wow what great customer service. It’s something you don’t get in any shop these days. Sinead at Miranda was so helpful, nothing was a problem for her. She got all the sizes I needed and she really went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Not to mention her big friendly smile. Recently purchased a number of items from Glue. Ruby was great in helping me find presents for my grandkids. She asked me questions to get a feel for what age group,etc.I was buying for. Came away feeling good about what I had bought. Thanks Ruby!

Even when it was incredibly busy (after Sydney reopened from the 3 month lockdown), the young woman who served me was patient and understanding with the return process of clothes I had accumulated over the lockdown. The store's a little cramped but it just means that they have a lot of awesome clothes.

Absolutely amazing stAff! Great looking people, very approachable! Every staff member smelt great and had very well ironed clothes... except for the ghost in the corner on her phone, she was in the way many times as I did not see her!

Just spoke to a girl on the phone about a faulty item, I think her name was Ayala, she was so amazing and very helpful. She really went out of her way to help me. Such great customer service !
