Taco Bell Jesmond

Friendly, quick and delicious. I was sceptical about this as it was very busy when we came and I don’t really like Mexican food 😬 but I was so pleasantly surprised! Had one soft and one crunchy bean taco and added guacamole and hold the sour cream and cheese - so yum!
Also the seasoned hot chips and the crunchy tortillas 🤤 Delicious! Great vegan option and will be back ✅
Easy parking and plenty of seating 🚗

We drove two hours to try Taco Bell and are glad we did, but don’t really expect to be back. Dined in on a Sunday approx 2:30pm and found there was no line and food was ready in under 10 minutes. The store appeared clean and the staff were friendly. We tried the Crunchwrap with guacamole and the taco supreme (with fries), along with churros for dessert. The wrap/tacos were simple and tasty. Yes, you can make far tastier and healthier ones at home, but this is fast food. The churros were bad bad badddd, with a strange tough and chewy texture - though this might just have been a bad batch or due to the store only being a week old. We had a good experience here and do recommend trying but would prefer to spend a bit more and cook at home or eat elsewhere in future.

This place has lost its touch. The Tacos and the burrito was okay the last time I visited. The chips were almost tasteless. Not sure what has happened.

Went to jesmond today just to stop by, I've had taco bell at least 3 times before just to be a little disappointed that the meat was over cooked and bland, although out of nowhere today I expected the same results to be hit with so much flavour, I actually enjoyed it. I felt like buying 3 of their 2.50 tacos would be good enough to eat then and later on, although I have to say, I finished it all eventually knocking me out for 2 hours of food coma

Good food. Good service. The negative reviews are people who expected something other than what you'd get from a fast food chain.
Portions could be slightly larger, but free refills completely override that.
Got 2 drinks, 2 fries, 3 tacos and 1 quesadilla for $30. Good value for money.

Bottom line: Good fast food, with free self-service refills for drinks, and isn't expensive, even if portions could be slightly larger.

Was absolutely the best tacos i have had in a while i been wanting to go here for a long time, i finally had to go to jesmond and i headed straight to taco bell and had lunch 2 tacos deal a naked taco which was fabulous for keto lovers which i am , will definitely be back.

Walked into the establishment and was immediately greeted by the cashier who was absolutely lovely, the staff within the facility making the food were fast and were obviously enjoying themselves while the music of crowd DJ played in the background, wonderful and happy atmosphere that made me extra keen for my meal

I ordered a cheesy g meal and it was delicious! plus they have the opportunity for infinite drink refills which is awesome

Completely reasonable pricing and serving sizes for all members of the family !!

Delicious! Fast and friendly service. Wide variety of choices for everyone. Includes Vegan options. Taco Bell spice is where it's at!!!

Only got my order wrong once but other than that a generally good experience, use buzzers to collect your order, crowd dj is available for those dining in, wireless chargers, infinite drink refills (which is quite rare these days). Good quality food, I always go for the crunch wrap supreme, chips are good when they aren't too heavily seasoned. All round good fast food experience.

Very efficient, fast, quality food. For you Americans - it’s a bit different than the Taco Bell back home. However, it’s close enough to still be incredible and has a nice splash of new flavors as well. Will 100% come back and inhale some more of this deliciousness.

Oh my Lord this was the best Mexican I have ever had. Good quality, excellent service and Maddi, I believe was so kind and welcoming and very helpful with my requirements. No better place to eat. Would 100% recommend to anyone especially if they can get Maddi to serve.

The device said complete. But failed to complete with no on screen error. The girl who was in charge, fixed it so promptly. Top marks.

Absolutely delicious. There is nothing on the menu you won't like. Order everything! Located within the Jesmond Shopping Centre, you'll find plenty of parking in the carpark. Not a great deal of seating, however.

Mexican food is so good and especially from taco bell, the spice they use in the beef is delicious. The seasoning on the chicken is also good which is why the mini chicken quesadilla is a fav of mine. When they announced the chicken is the shell My mind was BLOWN.

Love Taco Bell. Great value, sooo tasty. Easy to order and customise your meal. Bottomless refill on your soft drink is great. Wish I could order online to pick up.

As an American I can say that this taco bell is legit. It's not exactly the same as back home but it's the next best thing. Menu is a bit small and I miss the box deals but hopefully with time they will incorporate them into the menu.
