I had a great experience from the time I pulled up to driving away. My car looks fantastic. Young man even walked me to my car, opened the door and closed it for me. Great service.

Excellent job, both inside and out. Had some glue leak on the passenger side floor, and they removed it and didn't charge an additional fee. Great quick service by friendly staff. And the free coffee was pretty good as well.

Awesome service and got to have a nice cuppa while waiting. Plus the guy who wanted my car complimented me on it too !

I had the pleasure of visiting Newcastle Hand car wash to make an appointment to get my car done at a later date .was actually blown away by what I discovered. Wash .Detailing inside and out . Polish if required. Also protective coating .So cost effective. You would spend more on cost of water to do your car at home.quick service great time turnover .Basically no downtime for customers. The staff very polite and helpful. They remind me of Soldier Ants never let . Up .Drop past and give them a try out. No doubt after what I noted you will go nowhere else .Stan wilkinson ...Vincent is the go to man. Will set you up .

I went up to Newcastle for a wedding and the car wasn't up to the scratch so stopped at the first car wash place on the way. Surprisingly found the service A1 and the quality was better than the ones in Sydney!! I don't usually write reviews but this place, I was really HAPPY to have found this place! Thanks guys. You saved the day and the whole wedding team loves you!!

CASH ONLY* the cafe did a really nice chai latte, had plenty of seats and was airconditioned. the car wash was done well and was really quick.

Maybe it was good timing but I practically drove in and I was next in line. Got a Delux Wash and was driving back off in 20mins. My car came in very dirty and came out sparkling! Thanks! BlackMazda

Applied all Covid Safe requirements. Staff wore gloves when cleaning inside my vehicle, car was beautifully cleaned inside and out

Price was very reasonable. Happy to discuss price for individual vehicles as I have a Ute. Friendly staff and great coffee.
