George and his team were amazing at organising my car repair in under 3 weeks, when I'd originally been quoted 4 months elsewhere! They were amazing with my insurer in helping to push things through, George went above and beyond to help us and I honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

Very very efficient repair! I had my front bumper repaired on Tuesday and was fixed on Thursday, only took me 2 days to change my front bumper! Great job and service!

George also very promptly sorted out a minor issue I discovered on the same day that I picked my car up, it wasn’t a problem. Family-run business... Friendly, quick, honest... First two mechanics I spoke to about a smashed bumper tried to convince me to replace the whole thing ($3000 worth of repairs) - the Steve Koulis crew managed to make it look brand new for less than $700.
Be prepared for a possible 5-10 minute wait at the office - these guys are quite busy (a sign of a good mechanic!) I also really appreciated that they explained everything they did when I picked up the car.

A pleasure to do business with this company. Thoroughly professional, a top quality job with no hidden extras, had my car back when it was promised and they assisted with a replacement vehicle. George is very amiable and helpful and made what is a painful process a lot easier to deal with. Unconditional recommendation.

Steve Koulis Smash have repaired cars for my family and I over the last 30 odd years, and I wouldn't trust my vehicle to anyone else. George and his team have just completed an insurance job on my 4WD in under 2 weeks and, as expected, the work is schmick. Literally looks like new.
Word of advice...don't ASK your insurance company if you can send your car to Steve Koulis Smash, TELL them!!

A great place with speedy service and super friendly staff that were very willing to help, they had my fathers car fixed and ready in less then a week.
Will be back for sure if I ever need any more car repairs in the future.
