Andy was exceptionally professional, friendly and on time. Fantastic service and am glad to have found him. Could not recommend him more. Much more reliable than other contractors I was dealing with at the time.

Amazing service from Andy, very punctual, friendly, knew what he was doing, great knowledge. Cannot ask for more. Can already see the effects the products are having on the roaches and spiders. I am current pregnant and we have a bird, so I'm glad that the chemicals used are safe for us. Will definitely use his service again. Great price and quality.

10/10 highly recommend. Cannot overstate how amazing Andrew's service was compared with 99.9% of the other tradies/service providers out there. Great website allowing live scheduling and booking, full listing of transparent prices so you don't have to waste time chatting, quoting etc. I booked the night before for 3pm the next day; he sent a text the night before and another 30 minutes before arrival. On time, really nice and polite. Explained everything and what he found. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Will be using Ironbark Pest Control yearly going forward.

Amazing service from Andy! Called up to quote for removal of a wasp nest and he was here within the hour and had it done for a price that was far better than the rest. If you're looking for pest control, look no further! If we end up with any more pest trouble, we know who we'll be calling!

Have to say Andy is incredible! I bet no other pest control company would come back for warranty after the job is done 6 months ago. And I cann't even say it's about warranty because the wasps in the backyard are out of control. But Andy come back and didn't take any money! I would recommend Andy to anyone need their services. Have had many a sleepless night due to rats crawling between the roof and the false ceiling. I was recommended to call Ironbark Pest Control to start having a peaceful sleep. Booked online at 3 AM, lo and behold I had Andrew calling on us at 1300 hrs on a fine Sunday afternoon. He went around the house, did what he is best in doing. Completed the baiting process. Took time to explain what he did. And what more can you ask when I was given a warranty on the work done?? I signed up for an annual contract and now am looking for a rodent free house.
