I went to Harvey Norman today to buy a new mobile phone for my mother for christmas. The young lady Dorsa who served me was ever so helpful, and made the whole process so easy, she was such a lovely and polite person and Harvey Norman should be proud to have her as an employee. 😊

We had an excellent experience with Patrick (Domayne North Ryde) who was so helpful to us when we came to finalise purchase of a lounge. He answered all our queries very patiently and we were so impressed with his knowledge about the product and the policies. This helped us to seal the deal, and walked away very happy about our purchase 😊 Loved the designer furniture and the variety at this showroom.

I bought a Samsung monitor from this store. It was an expensive M8 monitor. I went home, opened it and then realised that it didnt meet the specifications. I called the sales person, spoke to him and told him the issue. He was very considerate of the situation and offered me a refund after deducting 15% restocking fee. It was a seamless experience and i am really happy with the customer service.

Besides an unexpected delay, I have had a great customer service experience! Charles and Adeline kept me informed during the whole process. It was my 1st purchase with Domayne, but I can say the bed is above the average with good quality and sturdy. Highly recommended, 5 stars post sales, can't go wrong.

We just purchased a dinning table + chairs from Domayne North Ryde Furniture section, and the young gentle man who served us - Calvin KIM, was a really great guy who has professional manner in looking after clients and his knowledge of the products were simply great.
