Came back to booth today (7 feb 20 3pm) exchange flipflops i purchased the day before. The sales woman was hanging over the counter like a flat muppet. Asked for help, she waved at the wracks dismissively, with no help at all. When I asked for more help with finding the exchange in bigger size, she was totally rude, unhelpful, and outthe gate a flat muppet. A few heated words later, including me telling her to pull finger and do her job i left with the flipflops without exchanging anything. Wouldn't even rate 1 star for this experience. Highside...the original purchase was an awesome experience
