I love this store! They've got so much to offer for children. Very good staff. The only thing to complain about this store is the way they handle their promotion. Nothing specifically bad about this store though.

One of my daughter favorite shop. Staffs are always nice and helpfull. And some even take time to demonstrate some products to my little one which is perfect and i would often end up buying it. Love it. Definetly a one stop shop.

Broken yoyo sold for 16Aud. My kid was crying all the time and they can't replace it as shop is closed and I see they are still at billing counter. Best customer experience. Never go there.

Horrible customer service....
Bought two kids water bottles with a flip up straw. Products looked great with colourful and creative artwork however as the straw does not pull through the lid you could not clean this part properly. Could not buy a straw cleaner small enough to poke into this part and mould had started to build up here. When I returned to the DFO Sydney Homebush store the young lady at counter offered me about $20 refund for the two items that I had paid $30 a month before. I refused this offer the lady in turn called her manager (who was out of store) who said that was all they could offer as the bottles had been discounted since I bought them and they could only refund me what the products scanned at (despite me having an original receipt).
So I left the retail store dissatisfied and decided I would take it up with Smiggle head office. Called customer service department who said they would escalate to the area manager. who would contact me. A week passed no return call so I phoned the call centre again. This time they handed me the area managers phone number to call them direct.
Still waiting on a return phone call after leaving a voice message.
Disappointing given we have bought from this retailer in the past and found those products were good quality. Won't be buying anything here again after this experience...
