The Cosmetics Company Store

Honestly I must say I’ve been there a few times in the past three months, prices are great and the staff is friendly and helpful. So possibly the previous staff has left hopefully because if a sales assistant is rude it’s a very bad experience for us buyers

Victoria has been very helpful by giving me makeup tips on how to draw beautiful eye liner as well as taking selfies on her eye make up.

Thanks Sun for taking time and searching for perfumes for my sis.

Bought a perfume from here thinking it was a good price compared to what it was selling for in other stores - but when I opened it the bottle was only three quarters full. No wonder the price is cheaper because you're getting less than a full bottle

There is one lady with glasses, I asked her like "can I ecxhange this?" only. And she shaked her head, rolled eyes up (the annoyed eye moves) and sighed in front of me and then answered with very anxious voice.
No exchange is okay. But I seriously question her customer service skill.
Also, I brought item for exchange, cuz receipt doesn't say anything but 'bring in 14 days with receipt'.
I just bought gift for friends and was in good mood, but she totally ruined it.

Bad Customer Service!!! Service staffs are so rude!!! They are telling as I’m looking their products too long. How can I buy without looking their products!!! So disappointed on the staffs. Don’t go that shop ever.

Price is good ish but yes staff members were too busy talking amongst themselves rather than serving customers. And then had the audacity to accuse me of opening lipsticks that were already open when I got there. Rude from the beginning to end.

First of all my friend and I walked into the store and the lady was just staring down at us like we were gonna steal something, we felt so uncomfortable and unwanted in that store. I was looking at a foundation and didn't realise the testers were closed and the lady raised her voice at me and had so much attitude. If i could give this store no ratings I would! Customers service is absolutely disgusting!

Love going here to get the products I love at a discounted price however the service of staff here is horrible experience and seems to be the general vibe of the store based off other google reviews.

The ladies who work here are way too busy carrying on their conversations to serve you. You'll need to help yourself, they never ask if customers need help, or they help the ones who they think will spend the most.

Staff was too busy flirting with security to help, when they finally stopped talking I went to pay for my items just to be treated with bad attitude.

I think she’s the owner or manager? She is just not that nice and yeah it’s cheap but I would just rather pay full price and deal with nicer people
