I came in today looking to get some information for a product I was hoping to purchase for my partner. I got served by one of the staff members by the name of Calvin and he was beyond exceptional with his service and with how much knowledge he had about the product. I happily walked out understanding all I needed to know about the product as its very difficult to understand some times off Google. I couldn't think of any time I have ever received this kind of service and hope to see that he makes a impact on his staff. I hope the head off sees this and gives this person the recognition they deserve.

Went instore today to make a few purchases. At first, it was a little hard to get the attention of an employee until Ethan came over to serve us. Ethan was amazing. He went above and beyond to help us and genuinely seemed like he was enjoying his job. Awesome shopping experience today.

I’d like to recognise Jeremy at the DFO JB. He assisted us straightaway and helped us check out much quicker than waiting in the long queues for assistance during the Black Friday sales. His customer service is excellent and he was really kind. Hope he gets a raise or bonus through this because he deserves it!

Excellent service, Nathan from the staff quickly was able to price match my item with another store and was extremely helpful and friendly. He deserves a raise! The cashier staff were also just as helpful and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Greatly reccomend!

I cannot praise James high enough, no qualms about helping an older customer and explained the ins and outs of the product superbly. Honestly don't think I have ever experienced better service in any store, ever. Good work James, wish this branch was my local!

My husband and I bought a PS 5 today and I truly believe that I have met a very good, if not the best salesman, Calvin.

This guy was a big help to us. His knowledge and enthusiasm of what he does was above and beyond. He is well versed in gaming and technology. He provided options that helped us save money. We will surely comeback to this store because of him!

There's a lot of choice in the outlet. My fav is hot chocolate at Lindt!!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Great store with plenty of electrical and computer items on display and in stock. Would recommend a weekday visit rather than weekends.

James was fantastic all my questions regarding my new TV and the process of booking for my TV to be mounted. He answered all my questions and was super helpful to address any concerns I had.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this store. All the staff were super accommodating and I was asked multiple times if I was served whilst I was waiting for my items. He was very informative and genuine and I have no hesitation coming back here again in future.

It's a very big store, has ample products on display and just bought the JBL Party Box 1000 and Bose Sport Free in-ear headphones along with a computer mouse.
