I started to deal with Azure Property Agents when I was looking for a store location for our BoConcept band in 2012. Throughout the entire leasing and property management process, I found Alicia and her team are very responsive, warm, and professional. Over the past 10 years, I always felt as though I was her only client.
I have dealt with many commercial and residential real estate agents, it is always great when they try to get your business, but the real test is when the rubber meets the road. When we leased the Pacific Highway building, we had so many things to be fixed to meet BoConcept’s standard, with the support and coordination from Azure Property Agents, we got them all done within a short period. Over the years, we had many challenges such as water leaks, air conditioning issues, electrical and network issues etc., Azure Property agents has never let us down, they always promptly send the professionals to inspect and repair, our business has never been seriously affected by these issues. In an ever-changing business environment, I found that having a reliable agent like Alicia was a tremendous advantage and am thankful to have worked with her.
