I have been visiting this great clinic for 8 years. I have been treated by all three clinicians over this period of time and found them professional, caring, knowledgeable and supportive.

Had an issue with my Achilles due to Squash and in less than 2 weeks had no more pain. Just decided to keep going and after 6 month feel great, no back pain and feel very stable in my posture. Highly recommend the team! 😀

James and the Total Balance team have been fantastic. James is an incredibly skilled chiro who i've been seeing for 12 odd weeks. My posture is showing a visually noticeable improvement and I have been free from back pain since the 2nd or 3rd session. The front of house team are friendly and knowledgeable.

I initially came here for preventive care, but did not realise how much stress and tension I was holding in my back.
Tom was very thorough in explaining the state of my back and path to correcting it. He is very informative and helpful to answer every question I have.
12 weeks later and I feel completely different, my stability, flexibility, posture, and energy have all improved.
The girls at the front door are lovely and also very flexible with making appointments work for you, making it an enjoyable experience as soon as you walk in the door.
