I have thick dry black hair and I always worry that dyeing it will damage it and I always have mediocre results at other salons. However, Ika is a magic worker! And she really cares about her clients. I got a balayage and I am so happy with how it turned out and the whole experience was great it was so lovely chatting with IIka, it was such a wonderful time and best of all my hair looks the best it has ever looked!

Ilka is such a lovely human, she not only made my hair look BOMB but also was such a great host, offering wine and tim tams (what more could a girl want, right?) I wish her all the best with her salon. Will definitely be recommending her to all my friends and coming back on my journey to a grey balayage 😊🙏

What a great find in Parramatta. Had a fantastic haircut and experience with Steph and Ilka today. They were super professional and paid attention to everything I was asking in my hairstyle. I like that they use organic all natural shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend them. I will be visiting again in about 6-8 weeks :)

About 3 years ago, my hair was damaged beyond repair by a very bad balayage from a very unprofessional and unethical hair stylist. My hair was green and dry like straw. I felt so lost because I didn’t know who I could turn to or trust to fix it. I found Ilka and Casey by accident when they were working together at another salon in Parramatta. By then my hair had grown out a bit and through lots of my own home conditioning treatment, it had healed a bit. But it was still green and I felt ugly.

Casey saved my hair doing a fantastic job at colour correcting my hair to a beautiful ash brown balayage with a big trim to get rid of all the damaged hair. I felt like a million bucks again after that. It’s so important when you feel good about yourself and when your hair is amazing it makes a huge difference. We don’t give enough credit to the hard work our hairdressers do. Since then, I have been a loyal customer and have followed them when Ilka established Ilka and Co.

You want a no fuss quality balayage, colour and cut then look no further. Come here. You want curls for a night out? Come here. Or maybe that relaxed beach babe wave? Come here. The girls know their stuff, bring a smile to your face with their easy going nature and do a great job. The vibe is relaxed and you feel welcomed because they genuinely care about their customers and making sure we are satisfied. I can’t recommend them enough and trust all my hair styling needs to them entirely.

Always a blast coming in! Getting my hair done is normally such a hassle but the staff here always make it not only easy but and enjoyable experience. I'm always happy with my hair and the level of customer service is rare to find hence why I will always keep coming back!

Ilka is a legend and I’ve been taking the wife and kids to get our haircuts here for nearly as long as she has been open and she always cuts our hair awesomely
