The lady owner is nice and friendly. She has a detailed eye and wraps my friend’s bouquet with such patience and care. Wide range of flowers to choose from and can order in advance to pick up. Store is nicely stocked.

I ordered a very last minute bouquet and the Florist that attended me was very friendly and told me she could make a bouquet within my budget in an hour.
I asked if the bouquet can be made from dry flowers and showed her a reference photo and she accepted my request.
When I came to pick it up, the bouquet turned out to be absolutely beautiful, I am so impressed and thankful.

Each time I have tried to make a purchase at this florist, I'm either ignored or am told they're too busy so pick an arrangement off the shelf. If you want to run a business that is successful, you need a better approach when dealing with customers. If I can give this place a zero rating, I wouldn't hesitate. I wouldn't recommend this florist to my worst of enemies

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered Valentine's roses on the 8th of Feb, paid for them to be expedited delivery before 5pm on the 14th Feb, and they didn't get delivered. Attempted to call and it rang through, attempted again and the phone was switched off as it went straight to voicemail. I'll be chasing a full refund. Appalling when a company has one job - delivering flowers and they can't even do that.

This florist is the most horrible place to order flowers from! I don’t mind paying a lot of money for a beautiful bunch of flowers I think it’s worth every dollar! However when you pay $270 for a bunch of flowers to be delivered in the morning but doesn’t arrive till 4pm!!! And when they do arrive, they look old, the roses were brown and wrinckly, it looked all dead and the way it was put together was messy and was not done with love. Absolutely disappointed- I don’t recommend anyone ordering from this rubbish place!

One of the staff is unprofessional in setting up their machine service. when you are rushing to catch train for a graduation ceremony, they just started to try their card payment machine. And they just found out no connection to card payment so have to push you to go get cash in the ATM yourself.
Can’t not finish a transaction in 10 minutes even I picked the boutiques straight away without hesitation.
The Asian lady seems great tho, she understood customer’s situation and didn’t push it.

It’s listed that they close at 6.30pm?When I came by an hour before, the girl at front refused service. So weird, I bought my flowers at Million Roses. They were great there.

Ordered pink expression bouquet for my best friend and a totally different one arrived. Very disappointed. M fine with a few changes but this is a totally different one. Nothing pink about it, flowers weren’t pink and wrapper was black! Not a pink expression!

Ordered flowers $259.99 for Valentines day at 8am. Never received flowers even though they say they will deliver by 7pm. Don't get a call or email notifying why. Send email no response. Call head office just rings out. Left message for parramatta store don't get call back.
