Grill'd Westfield Parramatta

I've never been disappointed with my burger at Grill'd. I always order the Summer Sunset and it is consistently delicious! Today was hectic due to Black Friday sales and despite the wait, I was satisfied with the quality and flavour of the burger. This time I tried the Zucchini chips and wish I had them sooner. They are so crisp and salted beautifully. Went so well with the burger. Highly rate!

I love their chips 🤩😋! The burger is quite delicious and healthy but most importantly, you must try their special chips. The timing of cooking and the flavour mixture is perfectly managed thus the overall taste is way better than McDonald's chips!

Never let down by the quality or service at Grill'd. Super reasonably priced, especially considering the quality. Both myself and my partner are here regularly for that really nice blend of fast food and light table service.

Highly recommend giving the gluten-free bun a try. Best on the market by far, even for those without wheat intolerance.

Staff are really lovely and helpful. Have never had a request be too much. They are always happy to oblige.

Only downfall would be the price it's quite expensive... I reckon whoever does the marketing for Grill'd should really consider a cheaper alternative to COMBO dealing.

Combos are great because they tie both the chips and drink for one "smaller" price as apposed to buying the two separately.

Anyhow top notch service, food and dining. Music was also great as a side note.

Sat outside the shop and enjoyed a great burger with people just drifting past between shops. I recommend the ginger beer too.

An old classic! Despite all the new burger joints, as a chain Grill’d always delivers. Their chips are also a must have!

Enormous thanks to Nicholas who provided absolutely amazing service today. My order was wrong and he went above and beyond expectations to remedy the situation and was an absolute champ about it. Whatever he's paid, make it double Grill'd!!

We had an unusual combination, my brother the gluten free mustard and pickle, me the beyond meat vegan patty just because I thought why not?! I wasn't expecting too much and a few bites in I probably wasn't enthused but as I got more of the way through I actually didn't notice that much, probably shows how much I enjoy the bun, sauce (mayo) and other flavours in the bun. Would I get it again? Not sure but interesting to try and see how different it was(n't). Also had the HFC chicken bites and they were good. A little bit hot and surprisingly gluten free as they look like they're fried. Good service.

Really nice burger. They are using fresh ingredients so that the burger tastes much better than others.. located inside westfield parramatta which is really convenient location as well.

Doesn't matter which Grilld Outlet you visit, you get the best service and one of the best burgers in the city. Loved the Paramatta outlet for the space, cleanliness and decor, it feels nice here. The customer service is above and beyond.

First time ever trying grill’d because of the new barbie burger and honestly wowwww everything was good. lovely staff, lovely foood and the barbie burger was so yummy that i literally came back the next day and ordered it again 😂 sooo good!

The burger was perfect (less oily than I've had before, but not dry). The service was exceptional! Wonderful and patient girl took my order and double checked she had the changed I requested. While eating a staff member checked to make sure I was happy with everything. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing food EVERY single time I come to this location, nice staff, clean environment, great service. Food is fresh and drink was nice. Will be returning as I do multiple times here! Much appreciated 5/5 from me!
