Excellent customer service. Went in to get a refund for an accidental double charge due to technical issue more than 6 weeks ago. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who served me went through all trouble to look for the original transaction history for me. Very happy with my experience at this store. Thank you very much!

nothing special

Just shopped there a couple of hours ago. The lady with the tied up dark short hair who seemed to be more senior or in charge of the store was quite arrogant. It was so bad that I had to come up here and leave a review. I had to grab her attention at the cashier even though she was already there counting money or something. During the whole transaction she did not even look me into my eyes and just kept talking to another staff rudely and minding her own business. It’s just very sad that a brand with such great products has such bad customer service.

A very inexperienced team in this store.
I received my online purchase with the security tag still on a just 1.5 weeks out from our family Christmas meaning this gift might not make it on time.
The team member at the store couldn’t give two hoots and asked me to drive to Sydney from the central coast to have the tag taken off.
The customer hub were very helpful.

I'd encourage more training of staff, as a member of staff told me I couldn't get a refund on some items as they were purchased on sale. They were actually full priced items with a 25% discount and still considered a full priced item(and it was clear on the receipt top that it was a full priced item). When I corrected her, she didn't apologise for her mistake and kept my original receipt saying I already had a copy on my email. That might be true, but it's standard policy to return the original receipt to the customer.
