Dr Lisa Chambers was excellent for my pup and I today - my dog got check up, vax’d and sort out 1 little problem, and my dog enjoyed the whole experience. Dr Lisa was really great and I could not recommend highly enough for dog owners.

Dr Rivera and his team saved my dogs life, i couldn’t be more thankful. Other vets in the area got it all so wrong and as a result my dog had a serious underlying issue that was not addressed and could’ve killed him. Dr Rivera is by far the best vet I’ve taken my dog too. He is knowledgeable and kind and always willing to squeeze us in when needed. Dr Rivera LOVES animals and you can see just by how he interacts with all the pets that walk through his door. My dog actually gets excited now when we pull up to the vet. Over the last couple months I have referred a few family members who’ve all now started taking their dogs and cats to see him and are so happy with the service!

Best vet ever, my kitten and puppy both went there for desex (great surgery, great recovery) and treatment, my kitten used to had cat flu when he was 6weeks old, I was so worried but they provided the best care for him, now he is 1 year old healthy and happy, very reasonable price, especially the annual membership benefits. Can’t recommend more. Thank you so much:)

THE BEST VET IN THE SHIRE!
Dr Rivera and his team are life savers. One afternoon a month ago I noticed my golden retriever was limp and acting strange. He had been receiving treatment for a “scratch” on his paw from another 2 other local vets for over a month - both of which said he was fine and just he just needed to take some anti inflammatory meds until he stopped licking his paw - both refusing to shave it to look further, do X-rays, etc even though I had taken him multiple times in the month asking them to investigate further and said they both said I was overreacting (no idea why I put up with this from these vets). However, things took a drastic turn on a Friday afternoon a month ago, and I frantically called up his two vets both of which said it didn’t sound like an emergency and wouldn’t help or advise me where I could go for help (I’ve been taking my pets to these vets for 20+ years! No more!). I called up at least 5 more vets before google searching vets in the area and Greencross showed up with great reviews. Called them up and the nurse on the phone knew there was something wrong and despite being incredibly busy told me to get him there as quickly as possible. Within an hour we had a diagnosis, which unfortunately led to part of our dogs paw needing amputation - and had this been caught by the other two vets (all they would’ve had to do is shave the area and they could’ve seen as his bone was HUGELY inflamed and ran tests like Dr Rivera did!) he wouldn’t have needed one. Dr Rivera was so caring and both him and team gave my dog the best treatment and aftercare. If Dr Rivera didn’t find the bone infection when he did, it would’ve continued to spread through his whole body, which is such a scary thought. Dr Rivera and the vet nurses go above and beyond and we are always given multiple options, fair pricing and everything is fully explained in a way I can understand. They are so lovely and my dog actually gets excited going into this vet! I am so happy I “accidentally” found this vet, I cannot fault them. Have been back several times since and no complaints. Thank you so much!

I saw Dr Rivzra for my dog and he was just wonderful. Explained everything thoroughly, my dog had 2 issues, both were fixed and saved an operation. All the staff were great and helpful.
The cost of the consultation and medicines was reasonable.

I'm not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews. They are very friendly, but more importantly they care enough to make sure that you are fully informed about your pet's health. The vet took the time to call us after our cat Gary needed a teeth cleaning and a couple of extractions to talk to us about the implications and future treatment. We love our little boy, so it means a lot to us!!

This is hands down the best vet I've ever been to. My cat is so much happier and already appears healthier since taking her to this vet to receive treatment. The staff are extremely polite and appear genuinely caring towards animals. 6 stars!!

Very kind, sincere staff who look after your welfare as well as your pet. Sadly had to say goodbye to our little Dog Rufus, done with empathy and dignity, he slipped away peacefully in my arms. Highly recomended .

Our dogs have been cared for by Dr Nicole and her team for several years. She is a compassionate, well experienced professional and makes time to personally respond with follow up calls even when she has been off duty.

They're great, friendly and super informative team who really care about the animals and focus on their health and well-being. They have an amazing membership program too which allows you free visits, discounted prescriptions and free vaccinations for your puppy/kitten.

We are very happy with the vet & friendly staff. We had 3 dogs, now 2 (one passed from old age). They have been kind & helpful & professional.

My heartfelt thanks to Kerry Tracey and Celia Franklin last night. Sadly we had to make the heart breaking decision to euthanise our dear cat, Bella, after having her as part of our family for eleven and half years. The compassion and kindness extended to Bella and myself was nothing short of professional and heart warming.
