My second online pickup at Bing Lee Caringbah. They are the nicest, most helpful bunch. They're all so professional. Special mention to Simon. He knows his small appliances & has such an easy natural customer service approach!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed a new TV for my grandmother as hers had died (after nearly 10 years). Rang ahead to ask about the Hisense 32 Inch and confirm it’s what we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding, had a really positive customer service experience. I would recommend.

Professional, friendly service from start to finish. We visited Bing Lee to compare their prices on the appliances we required for a new kitchen. Having not visited the store before, we were immediately impressed with the layout, which made it easy to browse. We were looked after by Danny Delfino, who took the time to show us their range of fridges, stoves, rangehoods and microwaves. Danny quickly ascertained our needs and gave us informed advice in a professional, relaxed and "non pushy" manner. Danny was supported by the owner (?) who obviously had a wealth of experience and worked quietly in the background to inform us of current deals (such as Smeg's extended warranty deal.) We ordered all our appliances and Bing Lee was happy to store them until required. Once we informed them that we were ready (phoned Michelle, who was polite and very efficient) and delivery was within two days. We were informed of the time frame for delivery and the appliances arrived on time.We have never experienced such a smoooth process. Thoroughly recommended!

I had a little predicament of stock transfer over at Macquarie Park Bing Lee, came to the Taren Point store for a solution to my problem. One of the managers (a lovely man) had worked their magic to help me get the product! Great customer service and very efficient! Very happy with my experience.

Due to an unexpected motor burnt out of our old washing machine, we need a new one desperately. We visited Bing Lee at Taren Point on 9th of August and spoke with Novi, one of the devoted staff who met our needs by answering all the important questions we needed to know about the brand of Westinghouse. It took almost one hour for Novi to serve us. We are completely satisfied with his professional knowledge about the product of Bing Lee. We got the washing machine and appliance mat with discounted price as well as bonus $75 digital Prepaid Mastercard voucher as part of the package. The voucher will take 7 to 14 days to complete. On August 11. Bing Lee delivered the washing machine to our door. We put the machine into test immediately. We highly recommend the WESTINGHOUSE CARE 500.The machine is quiet, water and energy efficient as well as user friendly. We made a great choice with the help of Novi.

Taren Point Bing Lee went above and beyond delivering a last minute Xmas present from their central warehouse. Tremendous customer service two days out from Xmas, at the same time setting up their new store. Very grateful. This is not a requested or paid review.

My first trip to this store was just before Christmas and the manager (S?) was exceptional- he really helped save the day with outstanding customer service and excellent product knowledge plus a huge saving compared to other retailers at the time...I was really impressed with my experience. Returned again today to see if it could be repeated, and it was just as good, if not better. Novi was extremely helpful, knew his products, was very efficient (and even carried the new purchase to the car for me). Highly recommend giving them a go, especially if you're a Shire local and tired of going to Westfield Miranda (or feeling ripped off at HN, GG etc).

Simon was a star, he puts the customer first, very knowledgeable and pragmatic, and a great customer experience

Got the best price by far on a beard trimmer, click & collect worked seamlessly and staff were friendly & professional - a good experience all round
