This rating is for KIM ONLY - a massive shout to you Kim in the kids bedding area - thank you for being so helpful and pleasant - Kim was so down to earth and helped us find everything from the bed base, mattress, side table, chair and matching toy/blanket box + organised delivery. Kim was the ONLY employee in the entire store who stopped, said hello and asked us if we needed any help. There were more than 14 staff members who we walked past and not one of them (aside from Kim) bothered to acknowledge us. Thank you again Kim - we hope your co-workers can learn a thing or 2 from your level of customer service!

Walked into the store and walked straight to the dishwashers. Wife needed a new one, so we looked around for ten minutes contemplating which one to buy. We narrowed it down to 3 dishwashers. We both were talking to each and deciding which one was better for us. Then the salesman ( Paul) was walking past us over heard our discussion and so he added his opinion about the dishwashers and OMG he must of studied the brands and information about the machines cause he knew his stuff. He explained things about the machines to us which knocked another machine off our list and only had two to choose from. He even demonstrated on both the machines we were looking at. Paul showed us how to operate both machines, my wife and I threw questions at him and he explained them all. Paul knew his dishwashers. My wife looked at me and I said yes, I know you rather this one, I could tell that Paul the salesman made the sale to my wife just the way my wife looked at me. Paul explained it all to us, the features what it does and how to do it… everything!!
We bought it. No ifs or buts. Paul made the sale within 20 minutes. My wife was happy and that’s all I want.
Happy wife happy life….. as they say. 😆 thanks Paul great job yet again.
Why I say again is because we got in the car and my wife stated that Paul was the salesman who sold us our washing machine months before, which back then done an excellent job with that sale too.
5 stars to Paul the salesman he knows his stuff.

Such professional and friendly service by the lovely Kim in bedding…. She took her time to help me find a pillow that was right for me and encouraged me to test them out. I’ve had bad neck pains for years and now I know it’s due to using the wrong pillow! Thankyou Kim!!!!! 10/10 customer service! :)

Sales and Technolgy Department good old fashioned customer service with staff only too pleased to help . Chase and Parker , Tech team communicated easily , nothing was a problem and listened to all my Tech Issues Data transfer from my very old desktop to new laptop was difficult yet achievable for them . 10/10 to Shannon Q. who was the most understanding, patient and compassionate sales person I have ever dealt with! So lovely to deal with! He dealt with my elderly parents like they were his own. Pulled out chairs every few metres in case they needed a rest, walking around the store. Just awesome to deal with!! 10000/10
