Australia Post - Caringbah Business Centre

The staff at this branch were very helpful. I had to send a CPAP machine back up battery overseas and 4 outlets said no but the manager made enquiries and found that I should have never been refused service for this item and helped me to send it the fastest way.

Shipped a large quantity of packages late in the day, staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were able to clearly explain the process and my postage options.

Friendly staff , but only limited parking lot , don't go in rush hour

I come here to send parcels over CARINGBAH Post Office. Easier to park, easier to get access to and pretty fast. Wish our parcels would be sent here too over CARINGBAH. Unfortunately you can’t pick your post office.

Don’t understand why TAREN POINT and CARINGBAH are now closed on weekends. How are you meant to get your parcels when you work during the week? Loses a star for this reason only.

As a non-business customer, late hours are a convenience.

Extremely unprofessional bunch of folks, never try to home deliver anything. they always take the letters/parcels directly to the nearest AU post for collection. This has been constantly happening for me for more than 10 deliveries in last 1 year.

Just wish that this place gets shutdown so that the parcels don't get routed through this awful service, and all can get our deliveries on time.

The place where all parcels go missing and star track can’t help you… because it’s Australia post.. but Australia post brought out star track and star track using aus post facilities … but star track can’t help cause it’s at aus post depot and aus post can’t help cause it’s a star track delivery 😂 Star track and aus post are a joke together … also .. Star track delivery drivers GET PAID.. per delivery so.. that’s why with Star track 99% of the time you have to go to the post office to pick it up.. 😂 oh and if you need to call someone for help .. take 2-3 days off work as you’ll be going in circles until your almost threatening the person on the phone.. who can’t help you because it’s at aus post 😂

The people in here are so incredibly rude.
I'm not one to usually write reviews as I understand everyone has off days, however my experience here was extremely unsettling.

The staff speak to you like they're doing you some sort of favour by serving you... As a female business owner, I was spoken to and questioned as through a man obviously set up our Australia Post account so I wouldn't understand the questions they were asking ( even though the account had my name on it which is obviously female ).
Super condescending and unnecessary way to treat another human.
They tried palming me off but I knew exactly what they were asking for.
Super unprofessional.

The manager his name Barry peakman at this mail sorting hub is not helpful he also did a lot of sucking up to this manger name Wayne Stein.
Barry peakman also took avantage of the Asian People at the workplace.

very poor - claimed they couldnt deliver a parcel at 9.52am saying no one at property and yet i was at premises at 8am!! Now i have to collect it instead of it being delivered as asked and paid for. Not acceptable

What a waste of time, is this the only post office in Australia that doesn't take cash. Never heard of such stupidity.

Don't take cash, a business hub thats not open during business hours. Have never been able to help with with any enquiries
