Sydney Tools Taren Point

I was served by a lovely young guy this morning, when I walked in to buy a line trimmer my husband wanted. Everyone was friendly. It can be intimidating to go into a warehouse type store with no knowledge of the products, but I felt comfortable.

Very happy experience buying a cordless Hedge trimmer. Highly recommend Sydney tools.
Adam, the salesman was extremely helpful and got out of his way to find the right deal for me. Great service!

The staff were most helpful, polite and did not treat me any differently to the various tradies that came through while I was there. Although I am a much older woman - I know a bit about tools and water pressure cleaners and they treated me with respect and very professionally on both occasions recently. Top shop and top staff

Was very impressed with Jonathan's exceptional customer service & knowledge, I had an issue with my Milwaukee tool bag and went to another store, they didn't bother looking into it and said it's not under warranty, I didn't believe them so I spoke to Jonathan at Taren Point he seemed to have a much better understanding & went back and forth with Milwaukee & eventually got it sorted! I sent my old bag back in & got a new upgraded bag for no additional cost. Thanks to Jonathans help this store will be my automatic choice in future.

Best customer service at your Taren Point store! Went in to purchase a gift for my dad's birthday and was overwhelmed with Jason's customer service, very professional and well mannered. Having a friendly relationship with the staff in that shop makes them want to come back again and again, and be assured that they will receive the the service they deserve in this highly competitive market.
Dealing with Chad in my case is always a pleasure, I'm guaranteed a laugh and the best deal in town, not to mention a knowledgable honest opinion every time. I feel I'm no longer just a customer but instead a valued client of one The best tool shop in Australia.

Unlike many other reviewers I am only a relatively small customer at Taren Point (yeah, that includes my height!), but I always get excellent and personal service from Chaddi, and the other guys in the store. Every product I have been recommended has done the job I needed it for. For a non-Sydney resident, it is definitely worth the drive.

I have been dealing with Sydney Tools for years. I consider them a essential part of me carrying out my business. Special thanks to the boys especially Chad, who always looks after me, nothing is too difficult for him, He is very professional and is always a pleasure to deal with. He has never let me down.
