Harvey Norman Wagga Wagga

Partner and I moved house and needed a new washing machine. Said there would be a 9 week wait in ACT to get the model we wanted. Parents drove down to Harvey Norman in wagga and spoke to Matt from electrical sales. He had promised them the floor stock model as he had none in stock either. Paid for it and waited for delivery two days later. In the Meantime on the day of shipment they got new stock and Matt sent us a brand new one. Big Thankyou to Matt and the team for making this an easy transition.

You can sometimes find cheaper alternatives at the other appliance stores, but Harvey Norman is the only place with customer service. I generally already have an idea what I want so I like when someone comes over and offers service when I’m obviously stuffing around in a section. However sometimes I don’t really know which product I want so appreciate it when staff can discuss my options and tailor a product that suits my lifestyle - for example I just wanted a small laptop that would do the basics that phones can’t and mostly be storing things like photos, and was able to get one that could handle all the files from my old laptop and be decently midrange with good warranty.

Big shout out to the people at Harvey Norman Wagga!!! We've been there twice in 5 days to take advantage of their excellent customer service and products. Bundled a washer dryer together and didn't have to! Saved us a lot of back and forth and we couldn't be happier!!

I'm a regular here as I usually get good bargains and great service with plenty of parking

I had a fantastic experience today, the staff member who served me was extremely helpful, shared a laugh, helped me with my click and collect purchase and then looked up another product I wanted and helped me source that by making sure the product is available and would arrive by Christmas. They then offered me a bag to hide my purchase before leaving the shop so I could keep it a secret til Christmas. A very easy, friendly and pleasant encounter today 👍🌟

Went in looking for a laptop with specifically high specs and the staff member working the area was able to match me up with what I wanted fairly quickly without compromise, taking the time to narrow down their stock holdings and list those that matched. Pretty stoked with the outcome.

Matt Brill at Harvey Norman was fantastic and so helpful. Nothing is ever a problem for him and he made our shopping experience in the white goods and electrical department extremely pleasant and hassle free. We dealt with Matt 2 years ago and he helped us to decide the best product for our needs and lifestyle. The bloke's a genius and we will definitely shop there again.

Friendly staff throughout entire store & knowledge of products was remarkable. Good selection of white goods & electrical products. Wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking, all major cards accepted . No toilets in store however they are located in shopping complex.

I went into Harvey Norman today to get a new gaming tower and a young man who served us called Alex was amazing at his job very helpful and just great to talk to he new what he was talking about the whole time and I recommend if your in the tech area talk to him.

Recently made a whitegoods purchase and received better than average service from Mitchell. We always deal with Mitchell and he is hands down a very decent salesman. Knows his products, features and benefits, stock levels etc. Always friendly, never pushy. A great asset to the Harvey Norman team in Wagga. The store is very clean. The only slight negative vibe I have is that the whitegoods section is crammed, stuffy, a little difficult to get around. If I had an injury/disability it would be difficult with a walking aid and almost impossible with a wheelchair to manoeuvre. Great range of appliances to look at, that's a huge plus+ just not much room to walk the aisles (mostly fridges) to view range. But thumbs up to Harvey Norman Wagga and huge thumbs up to Mitchell. 🖒

I havnt visited the store yet but in the website it was perfect.
I'll definitely have a visit there very soon✌🏻
