Ordered for in store pick up. Nice and easy process. The store staff were very helpful and carried the item to my car for me!

Had an issue with a rather long backorder on a washing machine I had ordered, but the staff helped me swap for one in stock with next day delivery and even did a $100 discount, thank you so much to Alex and Michael absolute legends :)

The sales assistant was very helpful and tried his best to answer all of out queries. He searched high and low when we could not find the product we were after and was very apologetic when it was not in stock. We'd like to say thank you very much for all his help!

Excellent customer service at Wagga shop! Daniel and Clare went out of their way, also the lady on the phone earlier. Very happy. Unfortunately their are two different loud music source throughout the whole shop which makes you crazy to concentrate on shopping. The poor staff has to work under this circumstances! The leader of customer service under 1300 was not helpful!

A great selection of products except for 1080p laptops. Adam was a wonderful help with organising a finance purchase for a new TV and Laptop for my partner and I, and offering honest and genuine suggestions for televisions. I reccommend shopping here rather than Harvey Norman as their finance application is quick and easy, they are happy to price match and their customer service trumps Harvey Normans by a long shot.

Went into the Wagga store after disappointing service at Harvey Norman. Rhiannon approached me immediately and I explained I wanted a laptop with touch screen preference. Said i had no idea what i was looking for and needed help understanding the product, as I hadnt had a computor for yrs. She was excellent. I chose the Lenovo C340 and Goodguys are setting this up for me. A very friendly and patient assistant. An assest to this store. I will be back for other things. Harvey Normans loss.

What ever you are paying Andre, give him more. The customer experience I have had when dealing with him has been exceptional ( on two occasions now ) . Good staff like this need to be rewarded.

Fabulous customer service, had issues with a Vax Steam Mop which was promptly replaced. Items in store are well priced and the showroom is always neat and tidy.

I bought a Lenovo IdeaCentre A340 23.8" i5 8GB 1TB AIO desktop on Saturday 26th Oct. at my local Wagga store and the Manager was very helpful with information on the desktop and the WD Passport I also bought. I also got a good deal on both. Very happy with the good guys Wagga Wagga. Can't wait to unbox my computer.

Excellent customer service. From the store staff to the manager and even the delivery guys, I couldn't fault them. They made buying a new fridge a painless experience !

Couldn't fault the staff here, they were all very apologetic about the stock levels but it's nation wide due to the covid induced logistics shortages, nothing they could do about it.

Knowledgeable staff always ready to help with information and a good deal.

They will always give me the best price for a good product and great service. The concierge service is well worth it for the white goods.
