One of the more clean McDonalds we’ve been to in recent years.
Food was fresh. Table service was efficient and friendly.
Great to see the manager out the front, broom in hand, showing the team he is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Great management style - well done.

The widest McDonald's drive through I've ever seen in Australia. Why aren't all drive throughs like this? Must be a middle of Australia thing.

Shop was very clean, service quite fast for having a lot of customers, not only in store but drive thru was continual.
A customer left blood from his bare feet throughout the store, I was impressed how quickly one staff member was out with a mop cleaning the blood off inside the shop & out in the verandah areas.

The staff are all amazing and so glad to help, my orders are never standard and this store always delivers my orders with a smile …love you guys⭐🎪

If only all McDonald's were the same. Tumut McDonald's is an absolute disgrace. Filthy and the food is never fresh.

Good place for a meal and quite clean

Excellent fast service, excellent quality of food and good portions, the area was clean and well maintained and all staff behind the counter and on the floor were friendly and efficient with their service.

It was lovely. It has 2 playgrounds. One designed for little kids.... the other designed for the big kids. Which I think is a great idea to minimise bullying and accidents. Only think is I waited in the wrong queue to order, then i realised I was in the pick up area. As I didn't see any signs to specify where the waiting area was.

Something I get in Country towns I rarely have in the city & suburbs. Staff that care about how your service is going. Sometimes the food isn't with you immediately after you order it. There's humans working at that. It was taking a little long, I hadn't noticed but I was reassured it will be on it way soon, with an smile. It really wasn't a long wait. But they took the time to tell me what was happening. I guess all in all It felt good. Thankyou!

Very impressive, very busy and organised. Clean with active and pleasant staff. Shake was fuller than some other outlets and burgers spot on. Hopefully a normal day there.
