Very good and helpful staff. The prices are very cheap and good quality products.

A large department store. Good displays and range. For example, Halloween. A good toy section for the kids.

Great range of products .easy to find items. Plenty of parking .

As we lived in Wagga over 20 years ago, it has changed immensely. I was impressed with this shopping plaza. There is so much variety of shops and products available. I only bought drinks & doughnuts for the 2 of us, we sat in the food court, on the comfy lounges around the tables to relax & eat our food. I rated this Plaza 5 stars as we had a very delightful experience there.

Went to shop for a book to read and got a new release for a great price

Same as most Big W stores in size and variety. Good underground parking with a lift and ramp for people who may need it. Cafes and eateries near by in the centre. Prices are good.

There is a fantastic customer service worker at the entrance. Always so kind and goes above and beyond to help. He one time grabbed a trolley for me so I could put my toddler in and I was very grateful. I very much enjoy shopping at Big W cause all round it's a quality place.

Extremely friendly welcome to store at entrance. Good variety of products and sections. No DVDs available any more. Excellent organised book area. Plenty of merchandise. Plenty of undercover Parking. Clean shop.

Jayne @ BigW went above and beyond to find the items that I was looking for stacked in a pallet in the stock room. She took my number and called me the next morning after they were able to get to the items, and held them for me until I could get back in. Great service!

The sweet smell of boost, a fruit energy drink oozes to you as you enter the marketplace from the side through the post office side. Big W being one of the shops in this arena is a good one. I think one thing about bigW is the range it stores and the quality of these ranges and a good price to beat.

Love the young man who is regularly at the entrance of the Wagga Wagga store. He is ALWAYS friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hope he never leaves. He nails it for the store.

Must visit place when festival season around

I never was a huge fan of Big w products, But once it shut down at home , i started noticing there ads an catalogues had somw really good Brand products, an lot more selection of things ,, an wagga big W , is a decent size so they have good selection,,

Low pieces, Click and Collect for Big W AND select eBay products, always clean and bright!

Only downside is sometimes some products unavailable, inventory management needs improvement

Waldo ought to be complimented on his outstanding customer service as he genuinely went out of his way to assist me in locating various products from my shopping list. He was charismatic and helpful, big thumbs up to Big W.
