Audley Dance Hall Cafe and Events

What a great find. We were expecting average cafe food and were so pleasantly surprised to get restaurant quality dishes.
The barrmundi was so perfectly cooked, it flaked beautifully.
My prawn noodle salad was delicious.
And the kids’ eggs on toast was a very very generous serving.
The coffee was also excellent.
The staff were very lovely and accommodating.
Definitely try this place!

This is such a Beautiful place to visit. The cafe is very nice, a little expensive but you can’t complain about the food and the service. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There’s also a little gift shop connected to the cafe in case you want to grab a souvenir. There’s also tables and chairs if you wanted to bring your own food, along. The river is absolutely beautiful with people taking the opportunity to go canoeing. It’s also lovely to take a walk over the gorgeous little bridge and along the river. I can’t recommend this little treasure enough. You can hire a canoe or small boat from the Boatshed which makes for a lovely time but it’s not cheap, $40 for an hour.

Beautiful food both visually and taste. Fried chicken burger is highly recommended. Staffs are very helpful and attentive. Outside seating is beautiful under the sun, but watch out for the kookaburra diving for your food.

Service was quick, and friendly. The beef brisket and that bread is delicious. Love the dips as well. Good beer selection, and great atmosphere outside looking over the park.

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue and location for our wedding!

Being located in the Royal National Park, the dancehall is a special place where you’re surrounded by the bush, and native wildlife.

From start to finish, I can’t fault the staff. The event coordinator George guided us through the whole process, and provided us with everything we needed. Everything was organised well, and we knew that we were in good hands. The whole day ran smoothly because of the staff and their professionalism.

I cannot tell you how incredible the food is - we had so much positive feedback about the food from our guests. Absolutely delicious and catered to guests with dietary and allergy concerns.

I can’t recommend Audley Dancehall and Cafe highly enough, their level of professionalism and service is outstanding.

Beautiful spot in the heart of the Royal National Park, with good food, good coffee and good prices.

Audley Cafe is perfectly placed not only in the heart of the park, but also just off of a main road and alongside green space and the river. This is probably one of the most scenic spots you can have a full service sit down meal.

The good was good, not pretentious or pricey (and it definitely could be pricey given its location), and thanks to that alone we will be back time and time again!

Staff were lovely and service was very fast. We were there early morning and got the feeling they were trying to make sure they were ahead of things before a morning rush. Plenty of highchairs available.

The coffee was okay, perhaps a little bland? The latte art was good so I think perhaps the coffee just wasn't to my taste.

Overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely come back!

P.S. If you are coming from within the park you can't turn left into the car park. However if you carry on over the bridge you can turn right immediately afterwards into another car park and then turn around.

Ordered the ready to go pastrami sandwich $12 and roast veggie sandwich $10 from the side takeaway cart. I was extremely surprised at how good they tasted. A classic toasted sandwich using fresh high quality ingredients. Better than most cafes in Sydney. If the food from the side joint was this good, I can only imagine how good the actual cafe is.

Right from the enquiry, George and team were really helpful and super excited to host a long lunch for our son's first birthday. The guests loved the food and drinks and they way the whole team was on toes if we needed any help in setting up our decoration.

You kinda expect it to just be a cafe in a park, nothing special.
You are wrong. I was wrong.
The food is delicious. The pancakes are amazing, the chicken burger was so juicy.
And then you are looking out at the river in the national park.
Definitely worth the visit.

Admin: be sure to pay for a parks pass or risk a hefty fine.
There are lots of walks and activities in the area, so you don't just have to stop for food.

What a pleasant surprise ! We were on a photo shoot here and a cracker of a day, great for walks, hikes , picnics . Love my fish burger and latte. Bring your kids , bikes and a picnic rug. Enjoy brekkie or lunch here .

This cafe has everything you need, great coffee, wide options of meals and cakes. It has plenty of seating indoor and outdoor but it can get very busy and you might wait for your orders bit longer. Be patient, relax, you are already in nature, breathe and stop stressing out!

This is the perfect spot for lunch and gives the chance to appreciate the beautiful view of the surrounding national park. My wife and I have been here a number of times and keep coming back whether for breakfast or dinner.

Amazing food, beautiful ambience and excellent service. We went for breakfast on a lovely Sunday morning. We had ordered bacon and eggs, a brekkie bowl and latte. The eggs were perfectly done, with crispy bacon and sausages. The view from the cafe is also beautiful with ducks, cockatoos and many other variety of birds. Kids will absolutely love it. Definitely visiting again.

First time sitting down to eat at a cafe in 3+ months and I am glad that it at the Audley Cafe. Every dish we had was delicious, especially the barramundi curry and pancakes. The outdoor seating area had some great sun shining on us, and gave us such an amazing view. A few birds around the outdoor seating, but that is part of the experience.

Perfect place to go for a quiet day out with family! Can’t wait to visit again

Delightful experience! Wonderful customer service, lovely outlook, delicious food and reasonably priced. Yummy berry smoothie and sweet potato fries. Great spot if you have young children. Even accommodated a kids lunch for us to take on our bushwalk! Don’t miss this spot. We will be back definitely

Perfect atmosphere, perfect environment, perfect food. Can't rate it better.

I had a delicious Poke bowl and latte at the Audley Dancehall & Cafe. There was outdoor and indoor seating that overlooked a lovely lake. This was my first sighting of a Kookaburro and wild cockatoos! They are known to swoop down and pick food right off your plate! This was a good spot to get together with a mixed group of older and younger people. There is space for the kids to run around! All the food was delicious! There is also a gift shop with Australian made arts and items!

THANK YOU to the BEST wedding event team a bride could hope for! With 4 postponements thanks to COVID we had nothing but a dream of a time dealing with George, James and the amazing team at Audley for our wedding! Everyone had a fabulous day, loved the location, the food was spectacular and the service could not be faulted! Jack and I can't thank and recommend George and Audley dance hall enough if you are thinking of somewhere to get married.
Now we will have somewhere special to visit each time we are back in Sydney to remember how fabulous and well worth the wait our wedding was.

A fantastic location on the confluence of Kangaroo Creek and the Hacking River. The food is fantastic, the service is great and suits our early morning needs ahead of a busy day.
