Thank you so much to the Engadine Music Store for their customer service. I haven't purchased anything, but I asked to enquire about a product, and I have received two calls from them since my initial call after they spoke to each other and did research on the product I was after.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff, amazing customer service, great range of music instruments and competitive pricing! This store is a real gem for music lovers in the Sutherland Shire and beyond.

I ordered a guitar for my husband’s birthday. It was a last minute plan to get this particular guitar and luckily Engadine Music had them in stock, for a good price too. Alysha booked the same day delivery for me but there was some drama with the courier company. Alysha went above and beyond and came to deliver the guitar herself on the same day. Husband loved the gift. Thanks Alysha! You’re a gem.

I went to their store yesterday to purchase a mandolin. They were super helpful, giving me all the information on every type of mandolin they stock and even let me try one!
After deciding which one I wanted they offered to tune it up for me with no extra cost. They were also super helpful with turning my online voucher into an i store voucher.

Easily one of the best music shops in Sydney, i brought my Telecaster in for a Nut replacement and service.
They had it done the same day!!! Whilst other stores where charging me double with a weeks wait!

Just came from buying a beginner guitar for my daughter. The sales person was incredibly helpful. He pulled out a sample guitar, got her to sit down and balance it etc. He then sold me a very reasonably priced guitar that was perfect for her. I left feeling very satisfied.

Had my first experience with Engadine music today. Took my new acoustic guitar (did not buy it there) to get the action lowered. They fixed it on the spot and charged me next to nothing. They also told me if I am not happy with the sound, bring it back and they will re-adjust free of charge. They could of told me to come back in a week and charged me 5 times as much but they didn't. These people are fairdinkum. Great customer service with honesty. Would certainly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer.

Massive range of piano guitars and drums and most of instruments you can think of and lovely service behind the counter, if you need music stuff in the shire I would recommend going here. Pretty sure they can full pretty big orders too as I think they supply some schools with instruments.
