North Beach Pavilion

Came in with little expectations and was blown away! The wood fire pizza had a perfect base, not too thin, not too thick - just right 👌🏼
The pasta was al dente with the perfect balance of flavours.
I’ve been loving mocha’s lately and this one I could have every day! Perfect!
100% recommend.

Enjoyed the Calamari main. I didn’t mind if we had a little more salad on the side. But generally it tasted nice and crunchy.
Service was great and very good atmosphere to have a quiet dinner next to the beach.

We had a wonderful lunch with the family here. We shared some pizzas and prawns, and also had refreshing, fresh juices and excellent coffee. Would recommend to others. Amazing setting looking out to N Woolongong beach.

We had a lovely time for my daughters birthday food was good came out quickly once ordered, staff were lovely snd helpful and well what can u say about the view. Omg and the dessert ...❤

Food is DIVINE and the hot margaritas 🍹 are insane ....I would come back just for those ! That Chili infused sugar syrup is off the planet YUMMIEST drink I ever had 10/10 ...gorgeous food beautiful views just a perfect night 🌙

Went down to Wollongong to get married in a small civil wedding out on the beach. We had a small group of 10, and a few weeks beforehand we were already looking for somewhere that was relatively close to where everyone was staying and where they served delicious food at reasonable prices. Northbeach checked all the right boxes, plus it was highly reviewed and highly ranked amongst local restaurants. Suffice it to say, the food is amazing - our guests loved it, we loved it and we all left satisfied. But, the reason why Im posting this is because of how they made such a great night even greater through top of the line customer service. I called a few days before the dinner to confirm, and spoke with Lorraine who over a series of emails and phonecalls really listened to us and restructured their party menu to fit what we wanted. She assisted us with the costing and made some personal touches with the menus itself to make it that more special. When we got there, everyone from the front of house to the floor staff where all-smiles and super helpful & attentive. Lorraine was there aswell to greet and sit us, and as she was on service stayed throughout the night checking in on us at the most opportune moments (like when we had mains come round and when the cake came out). When we left, she was the last to say goodbye and thanked us for choosing them to celebrate our small & intimate wedding. Lorraine and the rest of the Northbeach Pavilion team have left such an impression, that my wife & I fully intend on coming back to Wollongong just to eat there again

Tl;Dr - Food is amazing, Customer Service even moreso

* Order the Penne Isalberto (rich and super fancy truffle cream and butter sauce), Spaghetti Alla Scoglio (my mate couldn't believe how much seafood was in this that he ended up hoarding a bowl of mussells to himself) and La Tinterella (this is our favourite ❤)
* Overlooks the beach, and at night its pretty damn magical if you ask me

Staff was extremely friendly, we had an issue with our pizza and they offered a new one on spot.

Always outstanding! From the moment of arrival, the great service always with a very warm welcome, with such fabulous, friendly staff, sensational food & great wine choices with the best view and location in beautiful Wollongong. I always look forward to returning.

Last night I had the best ragú I’ve ever had and I do dine out a lot Nationally.

Thank you to all here at this fantastic restaurant. You should all be so proud.

Such a fabulous night. The bottomless Friday session was amazing. Exceptional food, great atmosphere with a stunning view and fantastic drinks. The customer service provided was friendly and attentive, making sure you were never without a drink. Would highly recommend and will be going back!

Grazie for wonderful pizzas. I love Neapolitan style pizza and you guys did it perfectly.

We ordered the margarita, Crudo, boscaiola. and a salad. All delicious.

I appreciated the bartender being playful with the kids, who were playing Origami with the napkins, and brought us more napkins.

The place was very busy, and very loud. We had a hard time talking because of the sound level.

This place satisfied my cravings for pizza.

I saw the salmon tartare as I was walking out and it also looked good.

We ordered pork pizza, bruschetta pizza both very yummy. Beef cheeks were amazingly tender plate could have done with some more colour on it carrots corn green beans. Chicken bacon pasta was too dry not much flavour at all sadly. Customers service excellent.

Took my partner here for our very first dinner date, absolutely loved it. And have been back a few times and never disappointed.

We had the all you can eat pizza option, it was amazing! We left so full. Lorraine and the team are doing a fabulous job.
