Trek Joondalup are great. All of the staff are very knowledgeable, super friendly and efficient with repairs. Customer service and maintenance assistance from Jasper, in particular, has been exceptional. Trek are 100% customer focused. You always leave the store happy with your maintenance request attended to quickly and to a high standard.

I had a fantastic experience buying two mountain bikes for my son and I from Tom at Trek Joondalup. From the moment I stepped into the store, Tom was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting me in finding the perfect bikes for our needs and skill levels.

He asked questions about how we planned to use the bikes and carefully explained the different features and components of several models that could work for us. He made some excellent recommendations without being pushy or overselling.

Once we settled on two great Trek Roscoe bikes, Tom helped properly fit each bike to our measurements and made adjustments so everything was perfectly dialed for my son and I. This was really appreciated!

My husband recently was fortunate to buy his ultimate dream bike. It was a long process, with him agonising over colour choice for MONTHS! He made regular visits to the Joondalup Trek store discussing, and rediscussing his options. At that point, it was still just a dream. Regardless, Trek Joondalup greet him with enthusiasm and answered his endless questions happily.

When finally came the day that we could order the bike, Trek Joondalup helped us organise a little surprise party in-store for him, and joined the celebration as if it were their own bike!!

When the bike arrived, the level of enthusiasm in the store was amazing. For my husband, purchasing this bike has been a journey, and this team made it epic for him from the start.

Anytime I went into the store, for any reason, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to help, knowledgeable and happy to ask a colleague if they weren’t sure.

I had a flat on my ride from Neerabup to the CBD on my new E-Bike, I didn't have a to get the back wheel off in my bag. Thankfully I was only a 10min "quick" walk to the Joondalup store. It was almost closing time and the team, an in particular the mechanic, were all to willing to help me out. No matter which store I go to the Trek stores are always friendly and offer great service.

I recently purchased a bike from Trek store Joondalup, the bike is absolutely amazing to say the least . The customer service was second to none these guys really know their stuff and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and hook me up with some awesome quality products including a special order all organised at the drop of a hat .

I just recently bought the new Madone Gen 7 and I have to say, Jeremy and Tom could not do enough for me.
Three times I have been back so far for minor adjustments and still as welcome as the first day I walked in the door. Customer service at its best!

Been in there 3 times and all 3 times the staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Have walked out every time with exactly what I need and the instructions on how to use it. 👌🏾

Just bought a bike here from Benny. Knowledgeable and genuine sales rep/bike technician who was genuine and honest which is what I want.
Bikes are quality with solid components. Better to spend the money and get something quality then have issues later which will cost even more $$$.

Trek Joondalup has come through once more. Had a fall in a group ride and the Emonda needed some obvious repairs as a safety once over. The mechanic, Wayne, did a a great job and treated my ride as if it was his own. Obviously take great pride in his work, and nice bloke to boot. Picked up a new Velocis MIPS lid to replace my smashed Giro, and its a beautifully finished comfortable bit of kit. Ready for the Dams challenge. :-)

I have purchased a new top Fuel and new Emonda bikes through Trek Joondalup and had a warranty claim on my 2011 Trek hardtail carbon mountain bike, Jeremy and the guys at the shop have been fantastic never a problem happy to explain everything and the warranty outcome on the hardtail even though 10 years old i was extremely happy, Trek have been fantastic and backed their product.
